He bends down, carefully picking up his spellbook. It was his fathers, and the only thing really, that was precious to him. He holds the book to his chest and smiles at the other, "Thanks. I'm kinda lost and a bit of a clutz…" he says, chuckling softly as he rubs the back of his head nervously.
"Ah." Raziel sighs. "What class are you looking for?" He asks the guy with the Grimoire .
"Alchemy…" He says softly, looking down. He didn't exactly know how to interact, so he was freaking out.
"Oh, in that case, I know where it is." He said. "I can show you if you want." Offered the fallen angel.
Ryan perks, "Really!? Thank you!" He says happily. "I'm not really used to all of this. I've been home schooled my whole life." He says, smiling awkwardly. He fidgets… Home… he already missed it.
"Don't mention it, pal." Raziel said, sauntering off. He looked back at the guy, whose cheeks were practically on fire now.
"You coming or not?" He asks.
He nods, scrambling after the other, "So… what's your name?" he asks after a minute.
"Raziel, and you?" Razz asks, striding along.
"Ryan." he answers, smiling a little bit.
(Precious child…)
(Hah!)
After an awkward silence, the angel spoke.
"…So, you're a magic user, eh?" He asked.
Ryan nods slowly, he had never been open about his gift. The last time he used it, he had been shunned, beatne and bruised by others.
"Oh." Raziel says, taking the hint. "You know, everyone here is pretty open to magic of all kinds."
(Rachel?)
Ryan smiles a bit, "Yeah, thanks…" he whispers. He brushes some hair from his face.
(You can thank crappy autocorrect for that, friend.)
"Here we are!" Raziel said, making room for the stranger, and then walking in himself. "Classrooms are pretty big around here."
Ryan looks around in awe before he nods and smiles, tilting his head(Cutely) to the side. "Thanks!" he says cheerfully. "Um… do you mind… if we could hang out or something after classes?" He asks awkwardly. "I don't really know anyone…"
"Sure, but I actually have this class now!" He said. Alchemy was actually a good first period to have. He took a seat next to a group of vampires, and another magic user.
Ryan wasn't exactly sure where to sit. He bites his lip nervously, scanning for an open seat.
Benji walked into the classroom, nose still buried into a book as he sat down in an empty seat. He kept his baseball bat under his desk and then switched her bracelet from red to black. She set down her book and stuffed it into her book-bag, actually excited for today's alchemy lesson.
Thatcher eventually made his way to class, some sort of alchemy lesson. His fingers occasionally twitched as he stepped into the classroom and slid into an empty seat. He wasn’t fond of not having his scythe in his hand at all times. He felt fidgety and restrained, though he doubted he would be allowed to pull out the large weapon in the middle of the classroom.
Ryan finally sits in the corner, hiding his face with his book. He was so nervous, there were so many people. It scared him half to death.
Benji turned towards the boy (Thatcher) who'd sat next to her, "Do you happen to have a piece of lined paper? Mine ran out."
Razz unzipped the back of his thermal, growing a long, powerful white-feathered wing, and scooted a chair over with it.
"You can sit with us if you, like, Ryan." He reabsorbed the wing, zipping his shirt back up.
Ryan looks up, nodding slowly, smiling a bit, "Thanks, Raziel!" He sits down, drawing his staff. He preferred his staff over his trident. The trident would get a little more attention than he wanted.
Thatcher’s head snapped up at the voice. “Oh, uh, yeah,” he responded, glancing at the girl while digging into his backpack. He pulled out a small binder, taking a piece of paper from it and handing it over.
(Something interesting about Razz is that his clothes and weapons don't shapeshift with him, so he has buttons and zippers all over his clothes.)
