Okay… I probably make way too many romance RPs, but here's another one. Lol.
Anyway…
A pair of friends, who had known each other since they were really young, grew apart after one of them (person A) realized they had feelings for the other (person B) and told them so. B didn't think of A that way (at least, not then…). Then B's family moved away, and they list contact with A.
A few years pass by, and B comes back to their old neighborhood, where A still lives. They meet a few times, and A seems to have moved on from B's rejection of them.
Eventually, B realizes that they've had feelings for A for a long time. Fluff ensues.
(Very loosely based on Back To December by Taylor Swift.)

(He's great!
That's totally okay, lol.
You ready to start, then?)
Evelyn bit her lip as she looked at her old home. She was renting the upstairs room from the current owners, and today was the day she moved in. A moving truck sat behind her, and people were unloading things onto the ground.
The last time she had been in this town, she had told one of her best friends that she wasn't into him the way he was into her. That had been hard for her. She hadn't wanted to hurt him, but his face when she had said that showed her that he clearly was. And she hadn't even gotten to tell him she was sorry or say goodbye.
With a sigh, Evie shook her head and turned to the truck to help unload.
Wes stared out the window of the house. At hers. Did she remember him? Who was he kidding, she probably remembered the very moment when he confessed that he liked her. He sighed as he lay down on his bed. In all honesty, he was unsure what to do with himself. Then again, he was completely ecstatic that Evelyn was here now. After a moment, he got up and decided to say hello. See how things went.
"Just don't make a fool of yourself. Sounds easy enough," he muttered to himself as he went down the stairs to the ground floor. After tugging on his shoes, Wes made his way towards the driveway, sitting on the curb. Evelyn's back was to him now.
"You want some help?" he asked, smile forming on his features.
Evelyn jumped at the voice and spun around to face whoever it was that had spoken to her. The man standing before her was vaguely familiar, and he was becoming more and more familiar as she looked at him.
"Wes? Oh my gosh, I hardly even recognized you!" she exclaimed with a slight laugh.
Oh, crap. It's like my thoughts summoned him. I hope he doesn't remember what I said… Who'm I kidding? Of course, he would. Well, I hope he isn't holding a grudge because of it. He certainly doesn't look like he is.
He chuckled at her surprised expression.
"It appears we both did some growing up," he said with a smile.
Aaaaand there goes not making a fool of yourself, he thought. But she remembered him. That was good. At least there was no upbringing of what happened the last time they were together. He'd like to keep it that way.
Evelyn laughed. "Yes, I suppose we did. Anyway, I'd love some help. Almost everything is out of the truck, but it all needs to go inside now…"
Nodding, Wes piled two of the boxes into his arms and began to walk inside the house. He greeted the couple who now owned the house as he made his way to the spare bedroom. Setting the boxes down onto the floor, he turned and nearly ran into Evelyn coming inside with her own box. He backed up to let her pass, teasing her by saying, "After you."
Evelyn snorted and shook her head. She set the box down near the ones Wes had brought in.
"Thanks. So… How've you been?" she asked, hoping he wouldn't be upset about their last encounter.
"Not bad really, even if I do have to babysit Caleb sometimes," he replied with a chuckle. He was leaning against the wall slightly as he watched Evelyn.
"What about you? Had any fun adventures over these past few years?"
Evelyn smiled. He hadn't mentioned it.
"Honestly, not really. I've been working and taking college classes a lot, so that doesn't leave me much leisure time," she explained with a sigh. "I barely even have time to be moving, actually."
"Well that kind of sucks," Wes replied. He was in college now as well but it was online courses which made things a bit more freeing. Shoving his hands in his pockets, he took another glance at the bedroom. It actually was a pretty good size for just a guest room.
"Yeah… No leisure time means that the only time I see the friends I've made is at school. No social outings, no dates, no parties. Nothing," Evelyn declared, biting her lip. She shook her head to tear herself away from her reverie. "We should go grab more boxes."
"Right," he said before heading back outside. Her comment kind of made him upset. She shouldn't work herself so hard that she has no time for anything else. Sounded like quite the terrible and stressful time.
Evelyn followed Wes back out and looked around at the boxes. The last one had just been taken out of the truck, so she thanked the movers for their help and tipped them with a smile. Making her way back over to Wes, she picked up another box.
"I suppose I probably would have time for things outside of work and school," she admitted, almost sheepishly, "if I wanted to. I just… want to get it all done as soon as I can, ya know?"
Raising an eyebrow at Evelyn, he picked up another few boxes. Thinking about it for a moment, he felt a bit more relieved that she was considering making time to take it easy and enjoy herself.
"Sure, I get what you mean," Wes replied with a nod.
