He headed downstairs and set his bag by the front door before going into the kitchen.

She made her way downstairs

He grabbed both drinks and put them in a cold container before walking back to the door.

She sat on the couch tying her boots

He blinked in surprise as he realized he was still in the clothes he slept in. ”I’ll be right back.” he apologized before setting down the container and running upstairs.

She looked at him she still had her clothes from last night on she just put some boots on

He quickly changed into a pair of pants and a long-sleeved shirt before grabbing his shoes and coming back down.

Betty was laying on the couch her eyes closed

He smiled softly and walked over to the couch, leaned over and kissed her.

Betty smiled kissing him back

He chuckled and pulled back. ”Sorry about the delay.”

She smiled kissing him again quickly

He smiled as he returned the kiss.

She pulled away

”Ready to go?” he asked as he straightened out and slid on his shoes.

She nodded sitting up

He smiled and picked her up. ”You’re going to have to lead since you know where it is.”

She nodded

He smiled and carried her over to the front door.

She smiled kissing him

He returned the kiss happily.

She sighed happily

”I love you.” he smiled as he started to pull back.
