Well, he had managed to pull it off. His family thought he was dead. Dennis had requested the help of a particularly mild shark, ensuring that his family saw him being carried off, bleeding, by the creature. He then thanked the shark and began swimming away as fast as he could. Where he was headed not even he knew, but he was just trying to get as far away from that place as possible.

Astra was sitting in the warm sand of a beach. She worked at an aquarium, she thought it would help get over her fear……….of well fish. Astra wasn't afraid of drowning which would have made much more sense, but no, she had to be afraid of stupid fish.

Kalei yawned faintly as she ran a hand through her dark hair, studying the horizon of the ocean from her where she was standing on the beach. The cold breeze seemed to wake her up a bit, and she was grateful for that. Maybe next time she wouldn't stay up that late. Kalei noticed Astra sitting a few spots to her left and began to make her way over, fiddling with the blue calcite crystal hanging around her neck. "Ready?" She said, speaking up as she looked down towards Astra, a faint smile crossing her face at the sight of her friend.
