"Why would towels be that heavy?" Astra asked in confusion.
"Why would towels be that heavy?" Astra asked in confusion.
"They have to be thick to wipe up a lot of water. That being said, the thicker the towel, obviously the heavier it is. Oh, I'm Abby, by the way." Abby held out her hand.
"Astra." She introduced herself and shook her hand. "Haven't seen you around before."
"I'm friends with Tara. I just got out of college… a couple weeks ago."
"Oh thats cool, hate collage." Astra commented.
Sara waited for Darren to open the door.
Tara sighed as she put some boxes in a closet. She walked over to the sea turtles' enclosure and watched them silently.
Darren opened the door to his apartment, boxes were pushed neatly into corners in almost every room so they weren't in the way. It was clear he had just moved in but nothing was a mess… He didn't like messes.
Sara gently set her backpack down by the door. "Wow."
"What?" Darren looked around his house like something was wrong.
"Nothing! It just seems really organized in here even through there are boxes everywhere. When my sister moved into her apartment, her apartment looked like a tornado went through it."
Darren chuckled, "I just don't like messes I guess, they make me feel a little anxious sometimes,"
Sara nodded. "I feel the same way…." She trailed off.
"So, umm, are you hungry? I just moved here so I don't have much, but, like, Hotpockets…"
Sara shrugged. "I love Hotpockets."
(Ty)
(Calm down, it's okay. No need to yell)
"Sweet," He ventured off into the kitchen and popped some into the microwave.
(I DIDN'T YELLLLLLLL
Okay that time I yelled.)
(Lol)
Sara followed Darren and sat down silently at the table.
Darren delivered the Hotpocket on a paper plate, "Sorry, plates aren't unpacked yet,"
Sara shook her head. "Doesn't bother me. I basically live off of fast food and paper plates anyways."
Darren nodded, he remembered how it was with his mom. "Anything else I can get you?"
Sara shook her head. "Nope, I'm good." She said, mouth full of food already.
