“Wait so you mean anyone I play hide and seek with is meant to be with me?” Luciana asked, wrinkling her nose. “Oh wow that’s really awkward.”

Ellis rolled his eyes. "Let's just get everyone up here."

Alex nodded, "YA HERE THAT COLTON! EVERYONE!"

"I'm good, really guys. You can have fun I'll just stay here."

"Fine. Miss out on the marbles."

He poked his head through and looked at them, "The what?"

"Marbles," Alex smiled, "You coming?"

"The marbles up here. There's tons of them."

"Why the heck would I care about Marbles?" He asked getting in anyway.

Alex laughed, "It's marbles! Why wouldn't you?"

He squinted at Alex, "You are strange. You guys are lucky I love you,"

Ellis put a hand over his heart. "Awww thanks dude. It's better than Luciana hating me."

Alex shrugged, "Was strange as a kid. Strange as an adult. It's just the way I roll Colty."

"One could say you're….queer…"

"Can we not set that as my nickname… My name is Colton, my nickname is Colt."

Luciana stifled a laugh, “That was horrible.”

Alex squinted at him before moving further into the attic, "Don't. Just don't."
