Evanna sighed as Mr. H walked up to her, looking disappointed. "Evanna—" he began, but she cut him off. "Yeah, yeah, third time this week, you're disappointed in me, I have potential, blah blah blah. Just give me detention." She held her hand out for the detention slip. Mr. H wrote on the slip, then handed it to Evanna, frowning. Evanna saluted before the teacher could say anything. "So long captain." She smiled sarcastically, then darted off and sat beneath a tree, waiting for her free period to be over.

Pearl spotted Mrs. Jones stalking across the green. "Oh shit." She muttered, scrambling up farther in a desperate attempt to hide herself among the foliage.
