Lilth pushed the other two men to the floor, shooting one in the shoulder and the othernin the hip. She charged forward into the guard trying to strangle her lover, then rammed all of her weight into him.

(wAs tHaT a PiEcE oF papER?? he cried)
"Do you have anything to tie them up with?" Jules grunted, letting go of the now unconscious guard, and tackling another.
(Lmaoooooo)
Lilith shook her head and reloaded her gun. “No, but we can shoot them.”
"No!" Jules gave a firm elbow to the head of the guard.
“Why not?” Lilith protested loudly. “I shot the pair back there, and I’m not afraid to shoot these fu—ers!”
Jules glanced back and sighed. "Fine!" He twisted the guard's neck and he sunk to the ground.
Lilith shot the passed out guard and the other that she tackled away. She huffed at him, putting the gun away.
“You’re too soft hearted, you know. Come on.”
Jules rolled his eyes and ran after her.
When they rounded the next corner, four guards came barreling at them.
Jules barely dodged the first bullet, before pulling his gun out and firing back.
“Jesus Christ!” Lilith exclaimed as she rolled out of a second. “How many guards are there?”
"I don't know!" Jules took cover around the corner. "They're pirates! It's easy to recruit people."
Lilith hurried after him and snuck one of his knives from his belt. “Right you are. How should we do this?”
"I go high you go low?" He offered.
Lilith paused, spinning the knife in her hand. “Yeah. Sounds good.”
Jules nodded and dove back into the fray, firing his gun maniacally.
Lilith ducked her head and scooted under him, slipping between the guards. So what she was going to ignore his plan? There were more up ahead, for sure.
She better not pull a surprise deviation from the plan on me again… Jules thought, kneeing a guard in a tender area.
Lilith smirked lightly as she turned a corner, squinting down a hall. She gasped lightly when she felt a hand, turned around and cut whomever it was in the chest. The guard fell, grasping a cut in his neck.
Jules, with some kind of twisted luck, kicked a guard in the head, who in turn fell onto the other, their head colliding painfully.
He raced after her. She's dead meat if she runs into another squad.
Lilith looked around, swallowing. Should she wait for him here? Yes. She snuck back around the corner, slamming right into him as he rounded it.
Jules stumbled back, then regained his balance. "Don't do either of those things again please."
Lilith grabbed onto his shoulders, panting lightly. “I won’t… I promise.”
"LOOK OUT!" Jules pulled her down as another pirate fired at them. Just one this time. Jules pulled out his gun and pulled the trigger, only to hear the click of an empty barrel.
"Cover me," He ordered.
Lilith pushed him off and grabbed out her gun again. “I have one bullet. Distract him?”
"How?" Jules huffed, glancing around. "There's nothing to distract him wi-" A shiny metal grating caught his eyes.
A vent.
Let's make a dash for the vent. That'll buy us some time.
(I'm getting a taste of my own medicine apparently)
