Sydney and Lightning crept out of their room silently. Sydney spotted Kaity err….not Kaity, talking with someone else. She cleared her throat a bit, not bothering to hide her arm.

(Never mind I have been chosen.)

Cicada turned around to see Sydney and a puma standing there, "Yes?"

Sydney lifted her arm. "Y'all have any idea where I could find something to stitch up my arm?"

"Yeah," Cicada sighed, "Follow me."

She lead Sydney to the castle's apothecary.

Sydney followed Cicada, completely silent, even her feet not making a sound. Lightning did the same.
(I love how Cicada thought that Lightning was a puma, lol)

(It's dark okay! And I kind of forgot.)

"So what caused that?" Cicada decided to ask.

Arrientel screamed into her pillow as she heard more voices outside.

Cicada rolled her eyes, "If you dislike us taking that much. Why don't you join us?"

Sydney sighed. "It was my fault. When the guards tried to bring me here I kind of panicked. And well……..Storm powers are pretty dangerous………"

"I just want quiet, and like peace maybe? Is that ok, what time is it?!" Arri traced the rose to keep her from going insane.

Rosalaine woke up to hear people talking in the hallway. She yawned and got up, wrapping her cloak around herself and stepping into the hall. "For heavens sake, what are you guys doing out here in the middle of the night?"

A creature shifted in the back. It was made entirely of shadows, so it was natural that a dark corner was where it hid, listening.

(Someone else catch her up.)

"First Lizzy woke me up," Cicada responded, "And now Sydney here heeds stitches."
