"You can ride with me," She said, she was listening to the conversation the whole time and decided to jump in.
"You can ride with me," She said, she was listening to the conversation the whole time and decided to jump in.
Lillian shrugged, "Any of us would be happy to take you. But you probably don't want to go with me."
Maeve nodded to Raven, accepting the invite. "Eh? Why wouldn't I?" she then questioned Lillian. Sure, she only had a bike, but…
"I ride a motorcycle, and I didn't bring me my other helmet," Lillian explained.
She nodded back, and looked at her phone.
(I gtg)
(Bye!)
(bai!)
"Oh…"
Darren pulled into the parking lot getting out of the car quickly, "Sorry I'm late guys, got, uh… caught up,"
Lillian saw Darren. She sighed as she asked, "Where are we going?"
Darren drummed on the roof of his car, "Are the other guys here yet?"
Lillian shook her head, "Haven't seen them."
Darren sighed, "And I thought I was late," He circled around his car, "So how's your night going?"
Lillian rolled her eyes before saying, "A night."
Unwilling to join in on their conversation, Maeve took the chance to inform her brother she wouldn't be coming home until later.
He squinted, confused by her constant sass toward him, "That was very specific thank you for answering my question so clearly."
Grey stood idly aside watching the interraction
Lillian barked out a laugh, "Your welcome."
She wasn't going to tell him that she had spent the earlier portion of the evening visiting her mother. In jail. Yeah, she's not telling him that.
Darren sighed and laid down on the hood of his car to stare up at the sky, "How about you?" He said to the other kid who was just watching, "How's your night treating you?"
"me?" Grey asked kinda surprised
"Yes, you," Darren laughed.
"Oh uh-fine" He answered nervously
After he okayed, she shut her phone off and now watched Grey interact with him with not much interest.
"That's good." He smiled politely, "Fine is better than bad. Heck! Fine is better than just 'a night'." He glared at Lillian.
