Cameron glanced over and raised a brow. "How do you know I'm not an alien from Mars?"
Cameron glanced over and raised a brow. "How do you know I'm not an alien from Mars?"
"Mainly the fact that you are a carbon based life form."
Where were the two missing students? Maybe she should ask someone… “Um, excuse me?” Carla asked two students who were talking. (Cameron and Holly)
//woahhhh the plot is moving!
Todd frowns at the sound of conversation behind him. The group is slowing down in speed drastically; the guide will have to call and end to the tour soon if everyone keeps this up.
"Yes, short person?" Holly said. (She's taller than ike everyone else on this trip lol)
“Did you two two see two students wandering off?” Carla asked.
"Yes, but I didn't take much notice. I was in my mind palace."
“We should tell a teacher, two students are missing.”
Todd turns around. "Uh, guys," Geez, he didn't want to have to face extended social interaction today. "You should pay attention to the guide." He narrows his eyes. "Wait, some kids are missing?"
"No worries, Holly is on the case. Or something."
//something. Something is good.
"I mean, why are they missing?" He raises an eyebrow. "Did they sneak off." He smirks. "Or were they taken?"
Taken is not something I would rule out, unless you truly felt like a an almost military base wouldn't kidnap nosy kids when there are people wanting to steal secrets."
Tod forces himself not to roll his eyes; something about this girl annoys him. "I guess." He nods, trying to be agreeable.
"If my arrogant demeanor annoys you, just say it."
Camie heard the people behind her talking about two people who went missing. She turned around, "I told Mrs. Shultz. She's aware." Camie pointed to her teacher, who was now talking to the guide. His expression went slack for a moment, but he recovered quickly.
Tod nods at Camie in response, then looks back at Holly and smirks in glee. "Well, I like your blatant honesty." He looks over his shoulder at the teacher and sighs at the sight. "Guess this means the tours over?" He tries to keep his relief down to a minimum.
"Or it means that we should get out of here." Holly said, starting to sneak off.
"Wha-?" Tod follows her, throwing a glance back over his shoulder at the group. "Won't that just freak the Mrs. Schultz more?"
"She's going to be fine. I'm looking for those idiots. Such small minds, does it ever get boring?"
Tod rolls his eyes but says nothing. He follows the girl, Holly?, as they get farther from the group.
"Let's open every locked door. I can hack things."
"Well, not on a grand scale. One door at a time."
"Dude," Tod addresses the girl, finally. "Is spending the rest of your life in prison on your bucket list or something?"
