Did I make a reference to my favorite film of all time? Of course. Anyways, this roleplay is gonna break the fourth wall and we're going to bring characters from various different fandoms into a universe of my own creation. Don't worry, it'll be interesting. I did jump into the worldbuilding a bit blindly tho so… notice a plot hole or find that the universe seems a little…. unfinished? Yeah, ya doy. Not to be rude I'm just pointing out how obvious it is I'm a dumbass.
Rules:
Don't be mean.
While you can use any fandoms you want I will flick a hint of salt in the general direction of your characters if they come from stories with shitty creators/kind of overall bigoted plotlines/story stuff/etc. See: Rebecca Sugar (more specifically Steven Universe, Adventure Time isn't so bad), Vivziepop (See: everything she's ever made ever, I am sorry, it's true), Markiplier, and most animes (I liked Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood for the most part but the fandom culture and some specific parts of it are iffy, otherwise I'll have my guard up.), etc. I have some squicks around a lot of certain pieces of media and like. I don't wanna gatekeep but some stuff makes me feel genuinely uncomfortable. Rant over now.
Swearing is fine.
Innuendo or dirty jokes are cool, but for the love of god no explicit sexual content we do NOT need that.
On that note, I'd rather people around the ages of 14+ join for just. Maturity reasons and being able to handle the content in this RP.
If someone is using a character from a specific fandom then you can use a different character from the same fandom but. Like. Not a rule, more a guideline that y'all communicate about stuff with your characters.
There will probably be violence but no super heavy gore please.
Don't be bigoted. No queerphobia, racism, sexism, ableism, bias against marginalized religions (basically everyone except Christians, but don't be a jerk about that either. Reasonable bias against the abuse and bigotry of the church is fine and I support that, edgy for edgy's sake is…. ew.), or any other negative behavior. In this house we eat the rich and stomp nazis into the pavement.
No weird incest or pedophilia stuff please. Its. Not good. You have no idea how much of that is in fandoms. Even if they're cousins or adopted or metaphysical human beings who say they're twins but y'all nasty and want to ignore that in favor of toxic, genuinely triggering shit- okay yes I mean Sanders Sides in that last example I'll shut up now.
Also I might not know your fandom and other people might not know it either, so please don't assume people know everything or even anything, be patient, and don't bring in fandom drama, especially not shipping drama I swear to god. Also note I might be a hypocrite just a little, stop me if I'm saying dumb things.
Don't be OP. If a character is canonically immortal that's fine as long as you don't make them all-powerful. Try exploring storylines where they can't use their powers in this world, or have lost them completely, or can't properly control them. It's fun!
And have fun!
Template:
Name:
Age:
Canon Gender/Pronouns:
Canon Orientation (if unspecified or unconfirmed, go wild but I get pissy when people turn canon bi characters straight, ace characters allo, etc):
What they look like (a picture is fine and recommended for this):
A few helpful personality traits:
Their wiki page or character sheet or whatever:
Fandom they're from:
Other (powers, fun facts, darkest secrets, etc):
You can add other stuff to the template but don't take anything off and fill it all in. Have fun!
