The man and Shey come up on where Kira is

Kira risked a glance back to see a man in golden enter the clearing where she had just been. Don't see us, don't see us, don't see us. Long story short, he saw them. "Go faster!" Kira tried to pick up the speed, but it was harder to with Sami's arm slung across her. The knight was gaining them. "Amber, can you fight him off, or at least distract him long enough for me and Sami to get away? Please." She urged as much pleading as she could into her expression and her voice. "He'll kill all three of us." Kira risked another glance back. The man had just been joined by- by- by Shey! What? "Shey?"

The man laid eyes on Kira "there you are" he pulled a longbow from his shoulder and knocked a single arrow, breathing slowly as he aimed

Amber hears the sound of footsteps. She turns to Sami and says under her breath, "Stay here. Someone's coming." Amber sees them approaching Kira. "STAY AWAY FROM HER!"

The man frees an arrow surprised by Ambers appearance, the arrow lodges deep into the tree behind the two of them.

The man scowls at the growing group "how well can they fight?" he asks Shey

-Lucky comes running in full speed, jumping ant the man's arm and grabbing it- "Pretty darn well." Ariene says from the distance, knowing full well the question wasn't meant for her to answer. -She runs up to Amber. "Can you handle him on your own or will you need help?"

He swings his arm smacking at the dog with his bow

-Ariene see's Lucky getting smacked with a bow. Rage bursts throughout her. She stops what she is doing and gives the man a glare that could freeze the underworld over with one glance- "YOU'LL REGRET THAT" She yells

The man throws the dog towards the angry woman and hurries to knock another arrow

-Ariene runs up to the man quickly and snaps his arrow before he can shoot it.-

He swings Michael's sword at her stepping back attempting to get out of her range

"HOW, DARE, YOU TOUCH MY DOG!" Ariene says with full fury. "You've made a huge mistake crossing me!"

-She grabs the blade with her hand, ignoring that it hurt, and with her other hand punched him in the face extremely hard.-

He staggers backwards against a tree

-Ariene takes the opening to try kicking the sword out of his hands, it fails and she gets her arm cut pretty deep-

"Darn it." she says, stepping backwards, applying pressure to the cut.

The man takes this moment and knocks her off her feet, he then rushes past her trying to locate Kira
