Treat? Lupin sniffed the food before eating it. Mmm… good, seems edible enough. He sniffed the air and followed the scent of the dog that the human had pointed at. "Hello?" His voice came out as a small yip. "Are you there? Who are you?"

"Hmmm?" Sasha looked over her shoulder. "May I ask who you are?" His scent hit her nostrils. A puppy.

"My name's Lupin." He stepped forward so that Sasha could see him. He was smaller than he should have been for a puppy of his breed due to malnutrition.

Sasha padded over and sniffed him. "I'm Sasha. How old are you, Lupin? Run away from home?"

"I think I'm about two months old now, and I don't have a home." Lupin watched Sasha as she circled him.

She paused in front of him. "Well, do you have a pack? Or are you alone?" She didn't smell any other dogs on him, but asked anyway.

Ashy spat the sausage chain out “there’s a man chasing me!” She said and tried to grab the chain again
