(Alright then XD)
Wren mimicked him, standing and stretching her arms. "I've gotten in a few fights before, but I didn't really know what I was doing. And what about you? You said you've been fighting your whole life, who have you fought?"

Deleted user

"You know the Joenah boys that lived up that hill near the wheat fields?" He asked, referring to a set of triplets that were known for their rowdy nature and bad attitudes.

Deleted user

"God, I hate them! Did you beat them up?" Her eyes seemed to sparkle as she looked up at him.

Deleted user

"I think I fought that whole family at least twice," he said, looking up at the ceiling as he thought. "They tried to steal some of out bags of grain a couple times. For what reason, I don't know."

Deleted user

Wren snorted. "The whole family? I would have liked to see that." she bent her knee, holding on to her ankle and pulling it up to her body.

Deleted user

"They were very annoying," he agreed, bringing his arm as far across his body as it would go.

Deleted user

"Well, now we get to fight some more annoying people!" She pulled an arm behind her head. "Won't that be fun?"

Deleted user

"No," he said, switching to the other arm, "Because this time they'll be armed to the teeth."

Deleted user

Wren rolled her eyes. "I was being sarcastic." She bent over and touched her toes with ease, her legs perfectly straight. "Though you are right."

Deleted user

"You ready to go yet?" he asked, raising his eyebrows in surprise that she could touch her toes.

Deleted user

"Yep!" she straightened out her body and pulled on a pair of shoes. "Let's go."

Deleted user

He chose to stay barefoot, something he was most likely used to. He walked into the elevator and frowned at the panel.
"I have no clue how to make this thing work," he admitted.

Deleted user

Wren stared at the panel blankly. "Shit, neither do I. Do they expect us to understand Capitol technology?" She pressed a random button and the doors closed. "Well, there's that.." She pressed another button which just changed the color of the overhead lights. "Why is this even.." She pressed another button and the elevator moved down. Wren grinned, hands on her hips, proud of her work. She turned to Kaz. "See? Wasn't so hard."

Deleted user

He rolled his eyes and flicked her on the ear. "Quit being a smartass. All you did was mash a bunch of random buttons."

Deleted user

"Yeah, but it worked, didn't it?" she protested, her smile widening as the elevator moved downward. "This is even better than going up!" Her stomach dropped and she gripped the handrail.

Deleted user

Kaz raised an eyebrow, not feeling a thing. "What's the issue now?"

Deleted user

The elevator lurched to a stop. "Couldn't you feel that? The dropping?" She stepped off as the doors opened.

Deleted user

"Not at all," he said, shaking his head as he followed after her. "You're weird as hell."

Deleted user

"You're weird as hell!" Wren retorted as they stepped into the huge gymnasium, which was divided into stations, some focusing on combat and others focusing on basic survival skills. Many of the other districts were already assembled here, picking up weapons and tying knots.

Deleted user

"Come on, let's go to the punching bags," he said, grabbing her wrist and guiding her through the gym, glancing over at the girl he had argued with the night before and giving her a wink.

Deleted user

"Alright…" She readied herself, getting into a position that she thought to be right and landed a punch on the bag, hardly moving it. She held her fist in pain, cursing. Frustrated, she tried again, punching it again a few more times but her hands still aching each time.

Deleted user

"No, no, no," he said, grabbing her hands to get her to stop, "You're not punching right. You're just flailing your arms out. You're not putting any actual power behind it. Twist your hips when you punch and see the difference."

Deleted user

"Okay.." she murmured, adjusting her stance a bit, and tried it again, this time twisting her hips and putting more power into it. There was a great change, for one it didn't hurt as much and she also managed to move the punching bag.

Deleted user

Kaz sighed, "Close, but not exactly."
After a moment's deliberation, he moved behind where she was standing and gently put his hands on a safe place near her hips so it wouldn't look like he was copping a feel.
"You have to actually twist, not pivot," he said, guiding her body to use the correct form.

Deleted user

Wren nodded and tried it again, still a bit sloppy but a lot better now thanks to Kaz's guidence. "Who taught you to fight?" She asked while simultaneously practicing her punches.
