Uh, how about it's half through the school day and Jay pulls Carson to the side to ask him out, then we go from there?

Sure, want me to start?
Yes please
It was just another regular day for Carson. Wake up, wish he could go back to sleep, mother yells at him to get up, he does eventually and drags himself to school. Class was the same as always. Mostly boring, though a couple of his classes were entertaining. Most of his classes were AP, however, which meant boring and hard. It didn't bother him how difficult his AP classes were, he liked the challenge and it gave him college credit if he passed the AP exam. Carson was glad that his next period was study hall. He got most of his homework done in that period, or else he'd be up until three in the morning trying to get it done. He worked until closing almost every night. It wouldn't bother him much if he didn't have to turn around and get up at seven in the morning. He stopped at his locker to grab his books and binders containing work he needed to complete.
Jay couldn't help to be extremely nervous all day, from this morning he had finally decided that he was going to to ask his crush Carson out. He had just gotten out of biology and was heading to study hall which was the only class Jay had with him. He quickly grabbed his stuff from his locker and headed to the library. He hoped that he wouldn't chicken out or else he'd be thinking about all night, which would be horrible for his job.
Carson shoved his thibgs into his bag and shut his locker. He walked through the halls, pushing stupid freshman put of his way when the clump tofetger in the hall and just talk their mouths off. He sat down in the library after checking in with his study hall teacher. He pulled out his math binder and a calculator. It was easier to get the hardest homework out of the first, and AP statistics was difficult.
bump
(ah sorry)
Jay noticed Carson walk into the room, he turned a bit red and watched him for a few minutes before walking over to him, he thought of what to say and nodded, his fist clenched and his nervousness going through the roof, "Um, hey Carson…"
(I can make my character the top in the relationship if you want, ir at least a switch)
Carson tilted his head up when he was approached. Jay, that was his name. Why was he talking to him? "Yes Jay?" He asked, clasping his hands together on the table.
(If that's okay with you that's be fantastic)
"So this might sound a bit weird and out of the blue…but," Jay couldn't help himself, he blushed then laughed a bit, "Will…will you go out with me?" His mind was racing, I just did that, I'm so proud of myself…
(Yeah)
Carson raised an eye brown at the stuttering, blushing mess. He blinked several times at his question. "What?" He asked. Why would he be asking Carson out?
Jay turned redder and slightly looked down, "Well, uh, I've liked you a lot for about all of high school…and I finally got the courage to ask you out." He paused, looking at him, "So what do you say…? I understand if you don't want to…"
Carson sighed and rubbed his temple. This boy was going to need to grow a backbone is he wanted to hang out with me he thought to himself. "It took you this long ask me out?" He asked incredulously. "The carnival's this weekend. Sound good?" He looked back down at his homework.
"Yeah I know…" When he heard the answer his eyes lit up, "Yes, uh, yeah thank you! See you this weekend then!" He walked away unable to believe that had happened, Yesssssssss…
Carson snorted and shook his head. He kicked out the chair next to him. "Sit." He gestured to the chair. He doubted that Jay was going to do anything anyways, he seemed to excited, kind of like a puppy. So he might as well give into that.
Jay turned back and sat down, a wide dorky smile on his face, "What are you working on?" He pointed to his homework.
Carson glanced up at him and shook his head. He secretly found the grin adorable, though he'd never admit that. "AP stats. Anything you're supposed to be working on?"
"Nope. I got all my stuff done in class." He smiled again, "I don't take AP stats, what do you do in it?"
"Lots of math and graphs and hell." Carson said, writing on the paper. He grabbed the next homework sheet, stats as well. His teacher was obessed with giving them homework.
"That sucks, I was never any good at math." Jay frowned at it, leaning over to see it.
Carson huffed and ran a hand through his hair. He moved the piece of homework so Jay could see it. It was obvious he wasn't going to get anything done with him hanging around.
Jay looked at it then instantly pretended to gag, "Nope, no way. Good luck with that!" He looked at the clock, "Aw damn, Study Hall is almost over. I'm sorry I stopped you from working…"
Carson chuckled. He took his homework back and finished the last question. "It's fine. I'll do it tonight." It wouldn't be a first he did an all-nighter.
"Alright," Jay lightly smiled and stood up, "Well I guess I'll see ya later!" He quickly waved and turned to go to Home Ec.
"Aren't you forgetting something?" Carson called after him, gathering his things together.
