Victor leaned against the side of some random kid's locker, carving a dick into the metal with his pocket knife. He sighed, shoving one hand in his pocket. School was so boring.

Melanie stepped quietly into the school, hood pulled over her head. She was doing her best to be unnoticed. Murder could come later.
You can't kill without a target, after all.
//so is murder too dark or
Grayson ignored the numbers that popped into his line of vision as he walked out. I don't care how vulnerable or dangerous people are… He complained to himself.
Her right eye (was it right?) seemed to go dark for a moment like she was blinking out of that one. Slightly concerned, she pulled out her phone to look at it.
It had turned dark brown. So my soulmate has dark brown eyes…
Grayson opened his locker to grab his stuff, looking at the reflective service of the lock. One of his eyes flickered for a moment before turning black. Black eyes? That's freaky.
Victor rolled his eyes and stepped into the boy's bathroom. That's when he saw it. One of his eyes had turned a different color. He cursed, digging around in his pocket for something to hide it. My friends are going to make fun of me if they find out I got a soulmate already, he thought. His hands found a thick piece of gauze. Perfect.
She wrinkled her nose a little, not liking the new eye. It ruined the whole dark look. At least it wasn't blue, she thought, sighing. She found her locker, next to a tanned boy, and pulled it open, shoving random things in.
Matt stared into the broken, handheld mirror he always kept with him. As he held it up to his face his sleeve fell revealing some light scars. He quickly tucked his sleeve back and check the mirror again, but still no change in his eyes. He sighed in a mixture of ease and distraught.
Grayson causiously eyed the creepy girl next to him, a bright red 10 flashing in the corner of his sight. Shoot…I should leave. He shut his locker.
She turned the other way, taking a moment to ready herself, then turned around. "Um, hi, I don't really, really want to be a bother," she stuttered. "But I'm new. Could… you show me around, please?"
Oh. Maybe she was nice. "Yeah, sure. Where do you need to go?"
(I have to go now bye!)
//bye :(
"Um, Math, I think," she said, pretending to look at her schedule. "In Room 24?"
"Ah, that's my next class." Grayson resisted the urge to swat at the blinking red 10. He pointed down the hallway and began walking. "It's just down this way."
“Thank you!” She smiled sweetly.
