Well you could be a hero or villain and choose whether or not you want to be misunderstood with what your identity is. Or just be a regular villain or hero.

Civilian Name: Penelope (Penny) Redmond
Alias: Doctor Rewind (mostly just the Doctor)
Powers/Abilities: She can pause time for herself and anyone else she chooses. But she mainly just uses weapons that she makes. They, er, they don't always work.

Bright emerald green eyes. They're… sparkly. No other way to put it.
Pixieish face and ears (slightly pointed)
Really tiny. Looks like she would blow away with a strong enough breeze, but she's actually surprisingly strong.
Wears a fully black body shot when she's a villain that's woven out of a material she made to be indestructible. It has pockets. She also has steel tipped combat boots because… yeah, she needs them. And classic Evil Doctor™ glasses but they're sunglasses with metal sides. She's cool, and has an awesome power! I would've killed to be able to do that while I was in school; I had problems with turning my work in on time! Lol

Civilian Name: Ash Wildbourn
Alias: Wreaper
Powers/Abilities: She has a special ability called Marma-adi, the death touch. She can see other people’s physical weaknesses as bright lights all over their bodies, and with a small amount of pressure in the right place can shatter a bone. She can take down cities with a single kick, and kill a person with a tap of her fingers.
Status: Anti-villain ('cause we need less villains lol)
Appearance: She is gorgeous. She has long, wavy dark red hair that goes to her ribs, that she usually keeps in a crown braid on her head. She has golden skin that is so tanned it seems to glow, and dark, penetrating amber-gold eyes. She is curvy and slender, and about 5’7”. She is slim and athletic-looking, and has a tattoo of a rose on her ankle. Her smile can be either frightening or sweet, and both have been known to make people frightened. She has a few scars on her, from her daredevil antics as well. She usually wears tight black leather pants, ankle-height black heeled boots, a white T-shirt and a leather jacket. She has a golden chain bracelet that she always wears, and has a black whip tied around her waist like a belt.
Personality: Fierce. She seems innocent and polite, but she can go from kind to a demon in the blink of an eye. Her rage burns hot, and she can get consumed by it, but not always. She is cool and calm most of the time, and will literally start humming with an arrow shooting towards her. She isn’t scared easily, and is a bit of a daredevil.

Powers/Abilities: Can control darkness, and had a mild power of seeing people's fears.
Status: Accidental Villain
Appearance: Long brown hair in a loose braid she ties off with a light blue ribbon, fair skin, bright blue eyes and freckles. Has a kinda femme/romanticized grungy style.
Personality: Sweet, awkward, skittish, hopeless romantic, scared of being alone, loyal, naive, quiet, shy

A bisexual, but not that open about it
A backstory: When she was young, she thought she had fallen in love, but it was with the most wrong person to exist. They dragged her into the life without her even realizing what was going on. After a while, they had just left her alone with a broken heart and stuck in a life she never wanted.
