(That's okay! What movie?)
(It’s called Life Me Up. It’s on Netflix.)
(Heyo, you on?)
“Very true” he said with a light chuckle.
Ellen nodded, standing up. "I should go see the ship. Assess the damage, get my stuff, see if Sona's still working."
(Are you on?)
(I am. I thought I posted but I guess it didn’t post)
“Okay. But come back here when your done. I have some food left over from my dinner if your hungry” He said standing up.
"Okay, thanks." She walked out of the house to find it situated in a valley, a small brook nearby with trees spreading up the hills. She gave a low whistle. "Nice place. Wonder if this is what earth's like." She made her way to the wreckage and cautiously climbed in. She walked into the cockpit and gave an experimental tap to the interface. "Sona, you there?" A light flicker feebly. "What can I d-do for you Amar?
" The ship's computer, Sona, asked. "Gave me a report of the ship's condition. Pronto." The computer gave a faint whirring sound. Sparks leapt from a crack on the interface. "Fuel tank: Completely empty. Coolant container: Shattered.
" The computer continued listing. Ellen groaned. "What's the estimated time for repairs, and the probability of fixing them?" She asked. "With proper equipment, repair should take an estimated one to two weeks. The probability of completely repairing the ship is at 65%.
" Ellen sighed. "Jorgus is going to have my hide if I'm late." She muttered, grabbing a tablet and plugging it into the computer, downloading Sona onto the tablet. She grabbed her few belongings. A change of clothes, her sketchbook, Kat's food, and her MusicPod. She climbed out of the wreckage and walked back to the house. "Well, I hope you don't mind company for a few days. Sona says I'm going to be stuck here for a while." She said, walking back in.
“Not at all. I have a spare bedroom. You can use it if you want. Would you like some food or do you want to just go to your room for a while?” He asked petting Kat who sat beside him on the couch purring.
Ellen nodded. "I'll take some food. All I have in the ship is ration fare." She made a face.
(I gtg do something. I'll be back in 15 minutes or so)
(Okay)
Brennan stood up and walked into the kitchen pulling out a plate of Fetticine Alfredo from the fridge and sticking it in the microwave to heat up.
“Hope you like noodles and chicken!”
(I'm back!)
Ellen sat down on the couch, realizing she felt a bit dizzy. "I don't mind them. Do you have any coffee?"
“Always!” He said walking over to his coffiee maker and starting a pot. The microwave heaped and he pulled the plate out and set it on the coffee table along side the abandoned water and toast he left there before. He picked up the toast and took it to the kitchen, setting it on the counter.
"Thanks Brennan." She said before turning her attention to the plate before her. "This is good." She said in between mouthfuls.
(I gtg. See ya!)
(Bye! My phone has been stupid and keeps not posting I’m sorry!)
(I'm on for a bit if you want to RP)
(Hey sorry I was busy!)
“You’re welcome!” He called from the kitchen. He walked in with a cup of coffee in one hand, creamer and sugar in the other.
“I didn’t know what you like in your coffee” Brennan said setting them on the table.
(No problem dude! Totally understand)
Ellen's eyes widened. "Is that real cream and sugar?"
“I’m yea. Why?” He said sitting in an arm chair relaxing. “I get food shipped form earth and a couple other planets. I feel like royalty or something. I never see the people who ship things though, they come when I’m asleep”
Ellen spooned a bit of sugar into her coffee. "They don't have much of the real stuff on Arx 4. Mostly just stand in stuff." She took a swig of coffee.
“On… what?” Brennan said confused. “Your home planet?”
"Yeah, home moon actually though. Big industrial system there. Cityscape and the like are what's on the surface."
“Oh” he said, less confused. “Pretty earth like here. I don’t exactly know the planet names because hello, stranded in the middle of an abandoned planet.”
"Who abandoned it? Do you know?" Ellen asked, finishing her coffee.
“Nope. I don’t know much about anything. I just know what’s on the internet (if we want to call it that) and there’s nothing about this planet except that it was abandoned and can inhabit people like us” he said.
