Instead of Thomas and Martha Wayne being murdered, Bruce gets killed. Thomas becomes Batman, searching for vengeance for his son while Martha goes crazy and become The Joker. To the city, Batman and The Joker are enemies, sworn one day to die at each other's hands, but to them they're a broken family trying to price together their lives
I am interested (If you ask me, I like both Marvel and DC). I have time restrictions, though. 9:10 AM - 3:45 PM EST. Would that be suitable? If not, could I stalk?
Yeah I'm fine with that, you can join, who would you like to be? And would you.like a template?
I'm thinking maybe Martha if that's okay? And yes, I'd like a template (please, it helps me organize).
Yeah, that's absolutely fine!

Do you mind explaining the criminal connections?
yeah no problem
Basically, its any major interact the character has had with villains or if they are a villain themselves what are their main crimes or signature attributes that categorize them as evil. If they affiliated with other criminals
If that makes sense
Yeah, thanks! I'm almost done
Name - Martha Wayne
Age - 25
Gender - Female
Sexuality - Straight
Personality - She will not take no for an answer, and does what she wants whenever she wants it. She used to be kind-hearted and innocent until things turned for the worse. Her insanity made her reckless and uncaring, and she's a complete wild card as to what she'll do. One day she might rob a bank, another she might commit a massive homicide.
Skills - She's good with handguns, and she has a signature whip (is that okay..?)
Background - Ever since her son's death, she fled into the night, and found her way to absolute insanity. She found herself in the criminal ranks, and she stole from them, but she seemed one step ahead of them, leading the other criminals never to catch her. She resides in a house that isn’t on any maps, and she has easy access to the city from there.
Family - Her mother and father passed away in a car accident, leaving her as the sole survivor at age 15. She lived with her aunt during childhood and left just a few months after turning 18.
Criminal Connections - She has her connections, but most villains now hate her because she betrayed them, stealing their goods.
Other - None

family - Martha Wayne - Joker and Bruce Wayne - deceased
criminal connections - Has connections with many like Joker

(everything's great! want to start or do I start?)
(For some reason I think of Martha as Harley Quinn from Suicide Squad…) It depends…you may need to set the scene, so if it's okay, could you start?
(I'm just basing this off an alternate story I heard of and I can kinda see it as Harley too)
"Hello Mr. Wayne, here again, to see her?" the secretary from behind the desk asked with a slight smile
He nodded "yes, how is she?" he asked quietly
"not as bad as last time, she's been asking for you. room 213." She handed him a pair of keys
"Thank you." He walked off down the hall.
Reaching her room, he sighed and unlocked the door, shutting it behind him
"Hello dear, I've missed you." he muttered into the darkness
Martha almost jumped at the voice. She thought a little before responding, "You don't sound like it. Why'd you have to shut me away? I haven't seen the sun in…" Martha's voice trailed off, and she chuckles for no apparent reason, something she did often since her son's death.
"that wasn't me, it was the feds, you know I would never do that to you." He said, sitting down in o enof the chairs, "and if I don't sound concerned for your life then forgive me, I'm not myself these days."
Martha has her back against the wall, her legs outstretched, her feet moving side to side, like a metronome. "We haven't been ourselves for a while. I'll escape, again, and then you'll fight me, and then I'll be caught. One big difference is that I'll have fun doing it!" Martha giggles.
"why can't we go back to the way things were, when we didn't have to fight, when we were together…." He trailed off, knowing exactly why they couldn't be a family again "are you coming to the…funeral?" He choked out
"I could. I couldn't. Depends on if they'll let me, or, if I escape, if I let myself." Martha sighed lightly. "Why do you visit me? I know I ask for you…why do you come?
"I think you just answered your own question dear, cuz you ask. And I thought you were supposed to be the smart one." He said, trying to lighten the mood a bit. "I'll ask if they can let you out for a few hours."
"Hm. That might be nice. I doubt it, though." Martha touches her lips lightly, and her eyes finally look up from the floor, where she sees the silhouette of her beloved. Two sides of the same coin. Complete opposites, but they share the same link.
He slouched to the ground from his chair and sighed "I have more reason to be here than you." he glanced at her "why? why haven't you tried something yet?"
"What? Try to kill you? Escape? What makes you think I'm not? I could be, I could also not be. I could attack you right now," Martha reveals a file that was hidden, tucked in her sleeve, that she held with her first two fingers, "but should I?" She laughed. "You should know by now the answer to that," Martha stands and giggles quietly, making a fist with her right hand around the file.
He was used to her sudden outbreaks of crazy. Knew that it made no difference whether he denied her insanity or embraced it. Deciding to play along only for the sake, he glanced at her with a grin "It's just a dance, isn't it? A beautiful dance between the crazy and the crazier. But remind me again dear, what is the answer?"
She laughed. "You're so funny! Alas, the answer is simple. Whether you like it or not, I'll still be here. I'll still be here!" Martha gestures to the cold, dark cell she was in, "And I will never stop trying to beat you, because this is what you did! And I won't be merciful this time." It was a phrase she always said, and she never meant it. She couldn't kill her husband, not even under the full control of her insanity. A wicked, unnatural smile crept its way onto her face, and she lunged at Thomas.
He stood quickly and avoided her lunge "your right, it is my fault you're in here, it's my fault our son is dead, I couldn't protect him from them! I should've died instead of him, then at least you and Bruce could've had a chance, could've had a life!" Thomas circled his wife as he spoke, prepared for another attack "I won't fight you, you know I'm not strong enough to hurt you."
His words only enraged Martha even more. "You don't know what it's like to lose everyone! All I have left is you, and you stole everything away! Nobody understands me! And you'll pay for it!" Martha's voice was angry, loud, guttural. She lunged at him again, swinging the file. She knew she couldn't win, not in the nutrition-deprived state she was in, but she refused to believe so.
