I love her.
I shall start!
Aw thanks, I love your character, too!
Adella bounced up the stairs to the house's main door, entering her new key and opening the door. She smiled widely and shouldered her bag another time. I can't wait to meet everyone! I hope the walls are soundproof! Do you think my tech got here yet? I know I brought my laptop!
"Make sure you give him his blanket or he won't go to sleep. Oh, and make sure he doesn't get too hot, you know how easy he catches fever. And make sure you–"
"Olive! I've done this before, sweetheart. Rue is going to be fine." Her mother laughed, looking at her daughter through the phone screen. "Please go now, sweetie. Don't you want mommy to go, Baby Rue? Huh? Can you tell my mommy 'bye'? Say 'Bye'!"
Olive smiled as she looked at her baby boy, looking into his wide hazel eyes. "Mommy loves you, I'll visit soon. I love you–" The call ended and left Olive staring at a blank screen. With a sigh, she put her phone back into her purse and looked to the door before. This is a new chapter, she told herself. Time to start anew. With a deep breath, she pushed the door open and stepped inside.
(I'm adopting Rue and no one can stop me.)
(XD)
Ava, wearing a simple, but pretty white dress walked up to the door, instrument slung over her shoulder, and a small suitcase. She'd flown all the way here from Maine, and she was pretty excited about meeting her new roommates! It'd been forever since she'd had roomies, and she smiled to herself. She raised a finger, about to ring the doorbell but remembered her new key at the last second. She set her suitcase down and dug through its contents to find the key they'd gave her. Finally finding it, she held it up triumphantly and unlocked the door, letting herself inside.
(Bumpies.)
(Welp, I'm just waiting for someone else to reply at this point.)
(Same here. I suppose it wouldn't hurt to add another Adella response.)
(Alright then)
Adella ran up the main stairs and picked a room after peeking in a few to see where her tech was. When she found her assigned room she just about squealed. It was so big! Sure, she made a lot of money from her music but she didn't spend it on anything but her family and new outfits, oh and new tech of course!
Ava was really excited to make new friends. "Hello?" she called up into what seemed like an empty building. But, he told herself. There's a car parked in the driveway that's not mine. She slowly made her way up the main stairs and walked past the many rooms that occupied the floor. She peeked into one where the lights were on. "Hey, are you one of my roommates?" she asked cautiously. She didn't want to ask a wrong answer.
Adella turned with a giddy smile on her face, cheeks flushed in excitement. "Hi! I'm Adella! Yepporoni! I live here too! Just moved in!" She rambled, dropping her bags and going in for a hello hug, as one does whenever they meet someone new.
Ava smiled in acknowledgement and opened her arms awkwardly as she saw the hug coming. "Well then, it's nice to meet you. I'm Ava, Ava Hall."
"I'm Adella Karani! Oh, I said that already, wait no, I only said my first name." She muttered the last part as she hugged the other female coming. "Ava's a nice name! Hall is too! I had a friend named Ava a couple of years ago, she was nice. You're probably nice too! I've never met an Ava who wasn't nice!"
Ava laughed softly. "Are any of the others here yet?" she asked, curious.
Adella let go and shrugged. "I'm not sure, but the owner said that the others should be ariving soon and we'll get to meet them! Won't that be awesome!"
"Yeah!" she replied with enthusiasm. "I'm going to go set my stuff down in a room, but I'll be back!" and she went next door to a room and gaped at how big it was. The rooms she was used to were never this big.
Adella flopped onto her bed, just admiring the softness before she unpacked her things and set up her booth. "Hm, I need to soundproof my room so I'll order in some sound blocking foam." She muttered, looking aroun.
(Can I still join this?)
