"Great," he mumbled. Milo was tempted to ditch, but at the same time, he didn't want to fail this class. He opened his book and sighed.
"Great," he mumbled. Milo was tempted to ditch, but at the same time, he didn't want to fail this class. He opened his book and sighed.
"So, I'm ninety nine percent sure we gotta make a chart thing…"
"A chart thing?" he said, squinting at his papers. "Wait, what class are we even in?"
"Biology, the second worse class known to man." He said, running a hand through his hair.
"Let me guess, it's second to math?" he said, smiling just a bit.
"Yes." He said, looking up with a comically exaggerated expression. "Followed closely by gym."
Milo snorted a little bit at Allen's facial expression, "Oh my god," he sad, not able to hide his smile.
"What?" He asked, tilting his head to the side.
Milo pressed his lips together, looking back down at his book. Maybe he shouldn't have laughed, but he was just trying to joke around. Get it together, you useless homosexual, he thought to himself. "Nothing, nevermind. We should get to work."
"Yeah." He said, reading over the material
"Alright, so uh… the chart thing," he said, finally willing himself to focus on his work. "So it looks like we have to mix one of these beakers with baking soda first… then we put ten leaf pieces in each, put them under a light, and count how many leaves have floated to the top every two minutes. The number of leaves in each beaker if what we put in the chart."
"Grrreeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaatttt…" He groaned. "Welp, I'll get the stuff." He said, standing up
"Alright," he said, leaning back in his chair and filling out some questions on the assignment.
He picked up a few beakers and leaves, tucking the light under his arm and walling back.
