"PERFECTION! I dub you my new friend! Come sit closer while I discuss what we shall do with this beautiful specimen." Logan said, waving for Davvy to come closer.

“Yeah my health teacher gave us all a family tree project. I told her I couldn’t do it so she sent me to the principal who sent me to the vice who then sent me to my guidance councilor,” she rambled. She had mentioned being in foster care last week and really didn’t care who knew this time. A few houses ago she would have been panicking and covering it up but now she did not care at all. “Anyway yeah I spent the entire period explaining the same story. So how about you?”
Timothy thought for a moment, “Nothing at the moment. I’m curious about your project now. What are you going to do instead of the project?”
Davvy hopped off the desk they currently sat on and switched to sit on one closer to them. "So why did you need the ducks?"
"We are going to put them in places rubber ducks should not be to annoy people such as Mrs. Heidenrich when she finds them in her locked file cabinet." Logan unzipped her backpack and shoved her arm in it, feeling for something. "It should be in here… aha!" She revealed a lock pick set in a black case. "I know I could use this for more practical uses like unlocking the instrument storage room when I'm in a hurry to get somewhere immediately after school, but using it practically ruins all of the fun in lock picks."
"So, we're going to harass the entire school with rubber ducks? I like it," Ashley spoke up, a small smile crossing his softer features as he glanced over towards Davvy who was now sitting near them. Even for Ashley's taller height, he seemed younger and calmer than his age might imply. "When would we do it?"
"I'm down that sounds fun." Davvy reasponded placing their hands behind them on the desk and leaning back letting their arms support them.
Just then a tiny pastel form on platform heels burst into the room with a sunny smile. "Helloooooooooooooooooooo my darlings! I apologize for my tardiness, but I am here now to participate in shenanigans." Mina set her lavender coffin shaped bag on a chair before whipping out a notebook and perching primly on a desk. "So. What mayhem and or murder are we planning today?" She looked around at the assembled group and smiled, making note of who looked tired or overly stressed. These were her people and as 'Mama Mina', it was her duty to make sure they were all taken care of. Mental note: snacks. Protein and energy filled snacks.
"Murder sounds fun. Better then the rubber duck… thing…" Liam piped up, ruffling his hair and crossing one leg over the over.
"Murder is nice sometimes…" Micah said it was uncharacteristic for them to resort to violence. "And I'm seriously considering it if they call me a guy one more time."

Val shrugged “who knows. I didn’t have time to ask and I probably should have stayed after today but I didn’t. But come on something interesting had to have happed. Something interesting always happens in this school. Like the fact that they are talking about harassing people with duck.” At the mention of the conversation she overheard a few feet away from her she pointed her thumb over to the group.
"The damn football team again?" Mina asked, an uncharacteristic scowl appearing on her tiny face. She began jotting down something in hiragana in her notebook. A little code simply because not many people could read it. Mina called it her "hit list".
"Obviously." Micah stood up and walked over to sit by Mina. "Whatcha writing?" They asked, popping a lollipop in their mouth as they sat down.

Timothy nodded, “Oh yeah. I’m something of a duck connoisseur, myself. I don’t know about murder by duck, but hey. You never know what could happen. Shall we congregate?”
“Sure why not,” Val said her smile still on her face. This club is probably the only place where her smiles are usually not fake.
"Greetings from afar, Mina, my other cat eared friend! We were discussing murder by hand sanitizer and marshmallows earlier, but they said I couldn't. We decided instead to harass people we don't like with these rubber ducks!" Logan held up the string with rubber ducks on it. "My other plan was quite fantabulous but these gays decided to be boring gays instead of raging and fabulous gays such as you or I."
"Boooo! Why rubber ducks? Have something interesting like, I don't know… fill their lockers with glitter and other crap like that." Liam shrugged.
"Because people have no use for them. If you gave a teacher glitter and crap then they could give it to an elementary school teacher to use in class. Or if you gave it to a football guy, he might just give it to his little sister or some other guy's little sister. But with rubber ducks, they have no use. Sure, give em to a kid. But I promise they will forget about it quickly. And then it's just more clutter in their homes. And when the kid sees it again when they're 18 and cleaning out their things, they'll see that duck. And they'll remember the one time they used it. And then it becomes too much of a nostalgia to get rid of. See, genius at work!" Logan explained, barely taking breaths between sentences.
Mina chuckled at the nonsense that was ensuing within her club. It was her final year and she wanted to make sure they all felt loved and accepted enough to go on truckin' in this world of hatred. She continued to write in her notebook, taking notes on what was happening in the room, the possibility of buying more rubber ducks, and her observations on the people around her.
"Oh you know, " She said with a wink at Micah. "Secrets."
Logan gasped so loudly and deeply she started coughing. "Secrets? What secrets? I like secrets! Can I know the secrets?"
Ashley laughed softly when Logan started coughing due to her over excitement at the mention of a few secrets from Mina. Though, he didn't really participate in the conversation, deciding to sit around his friends and listen to what they were saying. He was known as the soft spoken and calm person anyway, so it wasn't unusual for him.
Logan turned to the soft laugh from behind her. "Ashley!" She jumped over to him and slung her arm over his shoulder. "Ashley. Ash. Ash-master. My dude. Tell Mina we must know ALL of the secrets!"
“Chill out mate, you don’t have to know everything.” Liam chuckled and shook his head slightly.
Logan turned to the soft laugh from behind her. "Ashley!" She jumped over to him and slung her arm over his shoulder. "Ashley. Ash. Ash-master. My dude. Tell Mina we must know ALL of the secrets!"
"Oh, uh," Ashley stammered as Logan slung her arm across his shoulders, glancing up towards Mina and the boy next to her. He brushed a few strands of hair out of his eyes as a small, joking smile crossed his features. "Mina, we must know all of your secrets. It's crucial to our mission," he added, the stammer faded from his voice.
"At least tell me all the dirt you have on my brother, Web! Other than, like, the fact he's pan but closeted to everyone in the school except us because he's hella obvious. C'mon, tell me everything about Web!" Logan begged.
Micah snorted. "Everyone knows everything about Web, he doesn't keep a secret from anyone."
