Great to see my boy alive! I don't personally ship Pidge and Hunk(I'm more of Hunk x Shay and Pidge being an aro ace friend myself), but I do like the dynamic of Allura x Romelle, if Allura's alive in this

also the platonic bromance of Coran and Alfor was something that I really liked and I totally hc them being bros but Alfor's dead so

I though Keith would have a litleo, Lance would have an Oshawott, Pidge would have a Leafeon, Hunk would have a Mankey, Shiro would have a lucario, Allura would have a Sylveon, and Quran would have a Wooper

I could see that. Gonna put some ideas I had in Lit/Comp and on the bus ride down. The arrows mean they evolve into the next Pokemon listed. Also I tried to give each one just one starter line Pokemon and one mega-evolving pokemon(but Keith wound up getting two because I couldn't decide between Torchic line or Litten line lmao)

Keith: Litleo->Pyroar(probably male), Honedge->Aegislash, Sneasel->Weavile, Torchic->Combusken->Blaziken(can mega evolve), Eevee->Flareon, Litten->Torracat->Incineroar
Lance(who is absolutely from Alola): Pichu->Pikachu->Alolan Raichu, Popplio->Brionne->Primarina, Alolan Meowth->Alolan Persian, Eevee->Vaporeon, Feebas->Milotic, Carvanha->Sharpedo(can mega evolve)(also I know you said Oshawott but the Popplio line's just so much more his style imo)
Shiro: Riolu->Lucario(can mega evolve), Chespin->Quilladin->Chesnaught, Eevee->Umbreon, Absol, Houndour->Houndoom, Pancham->Pangoro(ngl had a hard time with his team lol)
Pidge: Rowlet->Dartrix->Decidueye, Pidgey->Pidgeotto->Pidgeot(can mega evolve), Eevee->Leafeon, Magnemite->Magneton->Magnezone, Rotom, Shinx->Luxio->Luxray(gift from Matt)
Hunk: Makuhita->Hariyama, Munchlax->Snorlax, Eevee(nope he doesn't evolve his, it is baby), Audino(can mega evolve), Lickitung->Lickilicky, Chikorita->Bayleef->Meganium
Allura: Eevee->Sylveon, Pachirisu, Dedenne, Munna->Musharna, Litwick->Lampent->Chandelure, Swablu->Altaria(can mega evolve)
Coran: Eevee->Jolteon, Kricketot->Kricketune, Sentret->Furret, Ralts->Kirlia->Gallade(can mega evolve), Omanyte->Omastar, Wooper->Quagsire(ngl I thought about giving him a Skitty)
