“I’ve been on it before. Have you never been on a roller coaster before.”
“I’ve been on it before. Have you never been on a roller coaster before.”
"Not really, never had the time for it."
‘Not have the time!? What do you do?”
"I try to survive."
“I’m still alive and I went on this.” Kai states as the line slowly moves closer to the ride.
"That's not what I meant, I live on the streets since I'm an orphan and I was too busy trying to survive."
“How long have you been living like that?” Kai says with a frown.
"Almost my whole life I think." Leon answered
“What about when you were a baby?” The line almost up to the ride by now.
"I lived with my parents then." Leon became slightly nervous again.
“When did you guys separate?”
"I don't remember, one day I was living with my parents then the next day I was on the streets."
“How old were you?”
"I don't know."
“Do you know about how old you were?”
"Ummm, maybe 7-8ish? I'm not sure."
“Is this why you’re not a fan of heights? Because you’v had no reason to be high?” The line was at the point so that they would be on the next go around.
"Yea." Leon became nervous again and started playing with the hem of his shirt.
“Don’t worry it’s going to be fine.” Kai climbed onto the roller coaster and put on the harness.
"Maybe." Leon did the same, still nervous.
The ride took of slowly clicking as it normally does.
Leon fiddled with the hem of his shirt while glancing around.
“It’s going to be fine.” Kai patted Leon’s shoulder right before the ride took of down the steep drop.
"Are you sure?" Leon gripped the harness tightly, his knuckles were turning white from how hard he was gripping onto the harness.
“Positive.” He screamed down the ride.
