“Cool,” Alex said, “Uh… yeaaahhh….” Alex stood there awkwardly.

Kaz chuckled awkwardly. "Um. You want another drink?"

"Nah, I'm fine," Alex waved his hand dismissively, "I'll probably just spill it again."

"Well, um. Suit yourself."

Hey, sorry I was gone, what did Claire miss?

Ezra smiled silently to himself. He loved being what he called, "friendship match maker" though he never could make friends himself. Everyone seemed to be getting along nicely so he stood up and cleared his throat so the cafe could hear him. He was shaking nervously. "Um… may I have everyone's attention?"

"You have mine," Alex propped his head on his hand.

Ezra nodded his thanks and decided to just continue, hoping everyone could hear his warm voice over the quiet chatter of the workers in the back. "I just thought it was weird that we all come here and don't know each other at all. I propose we all exchange numbers and get to know each other. Y-You don't have to if, er, you don't feel comfortable but I thought it would be fun." Ezra shrugged and waited nervously for everyone's response.

Amber turned to Ezra, then smiled a bit. "I'm all for getting to know people, but if they want my phone number, they're going to have to work for it."

Kaz clammed up a little. "U-Um. I mean if you want my name, sure I guess?"

Seeing their reactions, Ezra freaked out a little bit. "Er, as I, um, said before. You don't have to."

"We know, I'll tell you my name, but not my phone number," Alex said, "I'm Alex Westchester."

"Nice to meet you, Alex. And I previously met Amber." Ezra smiled and waved at them.

"I, uh. I'm Kaz," he called awkwardly

"I'm Ezra. Happy to be acquainted with everyone."
