Cronus was silent and waiting with his arms crossed

"patience ice dragon, the dead don't like to be eaten so quickly," Nox said gently with a voice not of his own

"Holy shit. What is wrong with your voice? What are you even doing? It's dead. It cant hear to you it anything like that."

Nox glared at the him "I'm thanking it for it's mortal life it has graciously given us so we may survive. It can here is and it doesn't appreciate being ignored." He continued in the same voice

“Are you possessed!” Max was alarmed as well

"Bruh! This creepy!" His arm expands into his dragon claw. If he had had his abilities he would be fully dragon.

Nox rolled his eyes and smiled "no I'm not possessed," his voice slowly became is own once more.

Cronus snarls, baring his fangs

"Dude calm down. I'm not possessed, don't need to be to hurt you." he smirked and dragged the buck near the fire

"You are all insane!"

"can't prove it, but yes, hypothetically it is possible."

"What?!"

"Don't worry about it." he cut the buck into pieces and skewered it onto a stick

Cronus snorts, crossing his arms

Max created another ball of fire and lit the wood on fire

"Thanks," nox muttered as he positioned the meat over the fire, turning it so it cooked evenly "It'll be done in an hour or so"

"An hour?!!"

"mmhhhm" he said with a nod

"Ahhhhh!"

"you want to eat it raw?"

"Yes! That's the best way to have it!"

"…just weird." He shook his head and continued to spin the meat
