"That is, in fact, me, My name is Hunter Ambliss and this is Con." He said, giving a small bow.
"That is, in fact, me, My name is Hunter Ambliss and this is Con." He said, giving a small bow.
"Sit down." The Grandmaster offered.
"Thank you." He sat down, his wings curling around him.
"The Demons have gotten out of hand, haven't they?" He asked.
Keri walked down the alleyway until she got to a small tin and cardboard lean-to, and crawled in, she immediately laid down and looked at the sky through a crack in the roof of the lean-to. she listened to the conversations of people on the street and wished she didn't live like this, and actually had a friend.
Feeling a faint yet familiar itch in her left eye, Brook looked down and directed herself for home. The space in which she inhabited amounted to little more than a closet's space. A small wooden cubicle with just enough room for the basic necessities and a few minor personal possessions. At least she didn't have to share. Good thing she wasn't claustrophobic, either. Retrieving a small squeeze bottle of eyedrops from her desk, she held the object over her bloodshot eye and gave it a few squeezes, blinking back the initial burn with a stifled hiss as she set it back down upon the desk which was just a few meager feet opposite of her bed. With that out of the way, she left home once more.
Hunter frowned. "Currently no, my fellow mages have been able to keep them out of the border."
"Yes, but they are growing considerably." The Grandmaster said, as he began to here a rattling sound.
"Miriam, find out what that is. It hsd better not be the vents." He called, returning back to the Fae.
"Very true." He replied, his ears also picking up on the sound.
Brook rubbed at her sore eye as she walked, hoping to whatever deity in her good graces that she wouldn't need to make a second trip for the day. Her mindless wandering eventually lead her to a dilapidated alley way, devoid of all signs of life.. - except for one, apparently. Noticing a young woman curled up within a structure made up of cardboard and metal, she approached the other, looking down at her with a curious tilt of her head, unaware of the circumstances that could have lead her to this lifestyle. "I can't imagine that's sanitary."
Axion was still wandering around, looking for where those flares went off earlier. unknowing that she was 400 meters away from the Human camp.
The rattling stopped.
"So what do you have in mind?" The Grandmaster proposed.
(juuuuust tell me, Shuri-san, when you need that dramatic entry of a Demonnnn)
"I believe what the king wishes for our two factions to do is, supply each other with both military help and medicines for sick citizens," Hunter explained, crossing his arms on the table.
"I suppose that works. A contract will be drawn up shortly." The man said.
Keri fell asleep after a while and hoped that she would get more than a few minutes worth of sleep before she was woken up.
"Okay, Is there anything your citizens are currently having trouble with that my magic could help?"
"Not at the moment."
The rattling began again.
Meanwhile, Indra drew his ultra vibration rifle, aiming at a darkening shape.
(Now, Emi-sama.)
Before long, Brook quickly realized that the other woman she was attempting to engage with was fast asleep. While pestering people was in her nature, she knew better than to toy with someone's sleep schedule, seeming that paranoia was as common as the cold these days and prevented most people from so much as a wink of sleep. With that, she continued on her way down the damp path of the alley way.
(Emi samaaaaaaa)
It slunk out of the shadows and onto the floor, as if trying to evade Indra’s gun. It slunk across the tile, its fingernails casting eeriee clicks as it made its way over. It rose, a shadow on its own, in front of the Grandmaster, grinning a wide, pointy toothed smile.
“A comtract, hmm…?”
"Contract?" Indra asked, shooting at it with supernatural aiming abilities.
"What contract?"
(Indra isn't the Grandmaster.)
Comtract//
Keri woke up quickly when she heard a voice and immediately groaned, noticing that whoever was talking had walked away. she rolled onto her back and sighed well, that was a nice 5 minute nap she thought to herself and decided to go train in the woods instead of sleeping.
(Wait okay! Lemmie change it.)
