Joining her I said "Do I know you? There is something very similar about the two of you." I was puzzled I couldn't figure it out.

I roll my eyes. "Are we all lost twins now?"

"No. There's just… something."

"It's just this feeling, last time I had this feeling someone almost died, if I hadn't intervened the would have."

"Interesting." Affris said. "I understand what you mean, but I don't know either of you. My apologize."

Ilana continued walking, stall after stall. She felt compelled to walk in this particular direction.

"Ok, where are you from?"

Affris smiled. If only they knew where she was really from. "A small village outside of Cairo. It's called Gende. And you?"

"I was adopted, I was raised in New York City, USA."

"Wow! Thats very interesting. I've been to the United States many times. They interest me very much." Affris was saying as they approached the river.

Affris bent down and splashed water on her dusty face. It was an amazing relief!

Ilana kept on walking, she soon reached the end of the market. If she continued walking, she would be next to a river. She continued walking.

Affris looked up, and saw a girl approaching. "Hello!" She said excitedly.
