In the futuristic United States, the Republic has been perpetually at war with it's neighbor, the Colonies . At ten, every child must take the trials. Based off a 1500 point score, you are put into a specific job or title. Prodigies (those with a perfect 1500) are usually the highest rank, 1350-1500 get to go to college and train in the military, and 1250 and below reside to the slum sectors.

Personality: Humorous and flirts. Can be unnerving and secretive, but as she opens up she is very loyal and brave. Very logical.
Appearance: Long brown hair, straight. (a darker shade of brown) Sort of asian/mongolian eyes that are an amber color. Kind of tan.
Background: Originates from the Tanagashi sector. She was told she had failed the trials, but managed to escape. (She'll figure out that she got a perfect score soon) Ever since that day, Rylan has been participating in Skiz fights to earn money and has become a notorious criminal.

Personality: Extroverted, talkative, easily distracted, wild, friendly, sarcastic, witty, can be flirty if he likes someone, an open book, loud at times, joking, very loyal.
Appearance: Thick/messy black hair, olive colored skin, body type is a mix of toned and muscular, 5’11, strong Hispanic race.
This wasn't her first time at a Skiz fight. After all, Rylan had been betting on them since she was thirteen years old. She tossed her notes towards the man and retreated in the crowd, ready to watch the first fight. It was between a small hispanic girl and a burly, blond haired teen. {Easy} Rylan thought. {The blond one} The fight began, and within five minutes, the hispanic girl was on the ground. A small grin tilted the corner of her lips upward. The bets were hers.
Santiago watched the sparing match from afar. He knew he shouldn’t be at one of these illegal-like fights, but it was just so interesting to see people in action. He adjusted his sunglasses and hood, not keen on being recognized by everyone. He watched the fight end, slightly disappointed that the Hispanic didn’t win, but that was to be expected against someone larger than her.
Flynn was making her guarding turn when she listened screaming a few blocks away, not a scary screaming but an exciting one. Flynn knowing the sound sighed "Not this again, i hate to stop other's fun time, oh well, work is work" Flynn goes to stop the illegal fights whilst calling for back-up.
"This is the third one this week, the fights are being more common now" she whispered to herself
Rylan pulled her cap lower on her face and tightened her tail. Being the most wanted criminal in the Republic, she didn't want to be recognized. As she grabbed her money, and got ready to depart, the blond girl pointed at her.
"You." She called out. "Come and fight me."
Rylan froze and turned around. {Shit.} She stepped towards the inside of the circle.
"Let's see what you got." The blond girl taunted.
(( should Santiago find her? An recognize her as the most wanted criminal?

Rylan didn't respond and stepped into the ring.
"Take your cap of." The blond girl shouted. "I want to see the face of the girl I'm about to beat."
She didn't answer, but instead took her stance, not bothering to take the cap off. Rylan focused her amber eyes on the blond girl.
"Take it off!" The girl shouted once again. {Wonderful} Rylan thought to herself. She was making her angry. With all that anger, the blond girl would be uncoordinated and would be swinging at Rylan.
"How about no?" Rylan finally replied, shrugging.
(I guess he can like recognize her at some point during the fight.)
Santiago watched as a new girl was selected to fight the blonde. His eyebrows raised in curiosity as he shifted closer through the crowds.
Flynn got closer to the fighting area and got her radio on "I got em' marked, i need back-up asap)
Flynn entered the building making sure she was on the shadows to not be seen, she wanted to see what was happening and take in her surroundings "well, this is way too much people for my liking" she said as she started to get anxious and uncomfortable
She saw as a new fight was about to happen, she had to put matters in her hands for now and get into action. "It's now or never" she said as she started walking towards the ring with her hand in her gun on one of the pockets in her hips
The blond girl charged at Rylan and attempted to take a swing at her face. Being smaller and a lot faster, she stepped out of the way. The blonde growled and took another swing at her. Rylan dodged and sent a punch into the girl's jaw. As the blond stumbled back, she punched her in the stomach, slamming the girl onto the ground.

Rylan saw the Republic soldier stepping to her as she glanced to her left. {Oh lord.} Rylan thought as she turned to get out of the building. She had already won the fight and she could pick her money up later. As Rylan turned around, the blonde stabbed a dagger into the back of her leg. She let out a yelp of pain and stumbled to the ground.

"Get up, Rylan." She muttered to herself as the Republic soldier pushed through the crowds. Rylan pushed herself up and stumbled through the crowds, finally making it into the alleyway. Her cap had fallen off, and her dark hair tumbled down.
Flynn saw as one of the fighters launched a punch to a blond's jaw, Flynn started running pushing her way trough the crowds to stop the fight before someone got hurt, even if that was the point
"HEY, STOP THIS FIGHT RIGHT NOW, THE POLICE IS ON THEIR WAY, i want everyone out of here right now before things get bad!" she screamed trying to sound as fierce and confident as she could, even tho inside she was a complete mess. I haven't trained for this she thought as panic started to flood her

Santiago’s eyes widened as the girl went down from the stab wound. He also saw the soldier step forward and recognized her from the academy. His mind went back and forth from ducking out to helping the girl who was on the ground. He decided with the second option, jumping into the ring and dragging the injured girl to her feet. “Best not to get caught, right?” He asked, a Cuban accent in his voice.
