Shade finished her sushi. It had been so long since she had seafood.
Cyrus had gotten a salad like option with bits of other things on top. He finished it extremely quickly, already being starving. He was surprised, he never got starving right after. He had already lost control just last night and most likely eaten meat. It usually took a day or so for him to start feeling that bad.
Shade noticed how quickly Cyrus ate his salad, "You must have been hungry."
Cyrus looked over at Shade and smiled, nodding his head. “I was pretty hungry,” he responded, leaning back in his chair.
"How come?" Shade asked.
Cyrus shrugged his shoulders loosely. “Don’t know. I’m always hungry. Iditarod gain much body fat from eating,” he said, lifting up his shirt a tad in a casual manner to look at his slimmer stomach.
(All right, I've gtg for the weekend.)
(Aw, seeyah!)
(Bye!)
"That's crazy," Shade said, "You must have some type of power to stay skinny forever!"
Cyrus gave a slight laugh, letting his shirt fall back down. “I wish,” he responded with a grin. But it made him think. He would eat large amounts when he was shifted, but he never seemed to gain any weight at all. It seemed to be the opposite. The more he ate, the more his hunger grew, and the more he needed to sustain himself.
"Like seriously I would love that power," Shade responded, "I have to go to the gym to burn off weight."
“I know, it would be amazing. I just like to run,” Cyrus said, fingers tapping the table top.
"Do you run at a certain time?" Shade asked him, "If so maybe we could run together?"
“Usually early in the mornings, or at night. And sure, I’d love to,” Cyrus said with a slight grin.
"I normally have some night classes so early in the mornings?" Shade asked him. She had no night classes, that was when she trained or did the evils.
Cyrus nodded and grinned fully now. He was glad she hadn’t said nights. He was planning on going out that night to shift. “Sounds great,” he said, taking out his phone. “What’s your number, so I can contact you about a time?”
"Oh yeah," Shade grabbed a napkin and a pen. She wrote down her number and handed it to Cyrus, "Here."
Cyrus glanced over the numbers, it vibrating in his vision. He put her number into his phone and nodded. “Alright, we can text about that later.”
"Sounds good," Shade smiled.
"What do you guys think?" Ivy asked everyone, holding up her drawing.
“Looks good,” Thomas said.
