Backstory:
In the world of Malohkyintae, years ago, demons fought in the War of Clans and came out victorious, claiming the entirety of what humans owned. Humans were nearly wiped out entirely, the few that remain being slaves or hunters. Those who aided the humans are no longer welcome in Demon Country. That means Elven, Dwarven, Demon Rebels, and Faeries are no longer allowed in, yet they still sneak in to this day. The largest land of has the large Capitol Kingdom of Oriath. It has been ruled by the same royal family since the War.
Species to Choose From:
Species who lost the War:
Elves: Pointy eared magic users. They are great healers and have great magics, usually element based. They are often tall and travel alone, only going in groups if they are leaving their home country of Elen Hogher. They mostly
consist of pale skinned and pale haired folk, and offer the most aid to any human who asks.
Faerie: The magic using Faerie are different from the small winged Fairy. They live in small groups scattered across the lands, standing tall above them. The shortest Faerie known was 5'7, the tallest 6'8. The Fae have pointed ears and skin tones ranging from red to blue to grey. Their eyes are almost always one solid color, minus the rare ones who have normal pupils. They don't walk, they hover around. Both male and female have long hair, usually tied into one long braid. They despised the demons because they destroyed Fae camps from all around.
Dwarves: Just like most stories from Earth, they are small. Midgets who live in the planet's cave dwellings. These tan skinned men and women are the most like humans, wearing tattoos and scars proudly. The tallest recorded Dwarf was 5'2. They usually use two-handed weapons, having no able knowledge or able uses of magic.
Rebellion: The rebellion consists of young Demons who disagree with the monarchy, taking refuge with the few helpful Dwarves and Fae. The Elves refuse them, they don't trust them. They consist of many types of demons (see below). They are likely to join the hunters.
Species who won the War:
Dragon: These half-man half-dragon creatures helped fight along side the Demons. They look as ordinary as any normal human, except they can mind link each other and have a long trail of scales on either their legs. arms, or back. They can transform into a dragon at any given time. Their eyes are usually bright.
Gargoyle: These are "men" made of stone who are near indestructible until they are cracked. They are very, very rare and all have blue eyes. They have small wings to fly, but they won't carry the Gargoyle very far. They are usually assigned to guard the royal family.
Last of all, Demons: There are many types of demons, and you can choose to be any kind of demon you'd like, just please run it through either me (@LeafyLemur) or my friend (@DeadlyAngel0987).
You can be familiar to any Mage, Warlock, or Witch, whether it's a Demon, Elf, or Fae.
You can also be part of the royal family. It's first come first serve, but you need to get approved by one of us. We need a King, Queen, two Princes, and two Princesses.
How the Royal Family Works:
The Princes usually leas the armies or slave trades. The Queen and Princesses make sure the boarders are well patrolled and the hunter camps are found and destroyed. The King runs the kingdom and has power over everyone under his rule.
Hunters:
The Demon Hunters came after the war, their main goal being to get rid of all the demons. The Demon Hunters are mostly made up of the remaining humans, but have Elves, Dwarves, and the occasional Fae.
