"Welcome back to Station 10 News, where today we will be updating Detroit on the recent behavior of Androids. As you all know, Androids were created four years ago in 2039 to help us with everyday tasks. Since then Androids have been upgraded, and there have been rallies and protests demanding the destruction of Androids. The leaders of these protests claimed that Androids were too perfect, and that they are stealing jobs. At first, these protests didn't seem to attract much public attention, but now many buildings and companies have banned Androids. Most believed that this was an unnecessary precaution until last night, when a model WT400 model Android attacked it's owner. Police are currently investigating the scene. The Android was domestic and seemed very peaceful until the events of last night, leaving detectives confused and Android owners frightened. This isn't the first Android to stop following their programming. About five days ago, a KT200 model was said to have attacked it's owner and was seen running through the streets of Lansing. Both the WT400 and the KT200 have not been caught yet, but we will update you when we get more news on the Androids now being referred to as Deviants. This is Megan Bostner with your daily news. Information:
This rp is based off the game Detroit: Become Human and is some-what of a reboot of an older rp. I'll will try to sum up what has happened in this universe so far. Basically, Androids were created to help humans, but then they began stealing jobs. Androids are very peaceful and follow any orders they are given, usually. Some Androids have somehow broken through and start to feel emotions, as well as develop a personality and become more human. The humans are now referring to these Androids as "Deviants". There have been over fifty known Androids to become Deviant, and about thirty of them have been caught. The rest have fled to an abandoned freighter which they have named "Jericho". The word of Jericho has spread from Deviant to Deviant across the United States, making it a known haven for Deviants.
Androids look exactly like humans on the outside, except for the glowing LED on the side of their head above their right eye. The LED is blue normally, yellow if the Android is processing something, and red if the Android senses danger. Androids also have something called Thirium that powers their bio-components. Humans call it "blue blood" because it's a bright blue color and acts as the equivalent of human blood.

- Swearing is allowed, just sensor it
- Up to two characters per person
- Romance is allowed, just keep it PG
- Don't be rude to others (your characters can be rude to other characters though)
- Make sure to give your characters motivation
- No Mary/Gary Sues
- Don't let your characters do everything flawlessly. People and Androids have the ability to get hurt, don't forget that!
- Remember the Golden Rule and all that
