Polaris-5 is a futuristic city out on the ocean, similiar to venice, but with a city setup, and the races here are incrediby diverse. Basically you can be anything you want, and it doesn't have to fit into a race you've already heard of. Try not to copy other people's ideas, I want to see what you guys can come up with.
