(Oof, I'm sorry. But we can work this out.)
She looked at Levi and felt bad. She was acting like a wounded puppy, and she needed to suck it up. She took a breath and put on a smile. She turned and with as bright of an expression as she could, she said, "So, what about you Levi? What do you do for fun in your free time?" She asked biting back all her sarcasm. 'Pin point people's weaknesses and make them feel awful?' She thought to herself trying to keep from saying it aloud.
(Lol its fine <3)
He looked at Laura then back at the table. His posture was still as straight as a brand new nail though. "Well i write. And i love photography. Oh, does cleaning count?" He looked back at her.
She chuckled a bit. "Sure, if you enjoy it." She said gently placing her hand on the table. "And photography huh? I do a bit of that from time to time." She noted pulling out her phone. She went to her camera role, and went to her photography album. "Take a look if you want." She said sliding it over to him.
"Is it clean?" He says hesitantly as he grabbed the phone. He looked through them intrigued. "Wow. These are really good, " he says to her as he looks up from the phone.
She smiled a bit. "You have any?" She asked leaning on her arm.
Zanna was listening to the different conversations as she ate. It wasn't bad to know about her classmates, they just didn't have to know about her.
Hayden walked in half frazzled. He slipped through the door, and went to the empty line, picking up an apple. He went and found a corner to hide in and sat down slowly eating the mushy thing.
Levi got out of his own phone. It was a sleek black and white with absolutely no fingerprints on it. It was spotless. But that's to be expected of Levi James.
"Here…" He says swiping to his camera roll. "I have a camera I can bring next tomorrow if you want," he says rather shyly, which was out of character for him.
"Oooh! Would you? I really wanted a fancy camera, so seeing your's would be a dream." She gushed. 'You're a dream.' She thought. 'WHAT AM I SAYING! He literally just called me careless! He doesn't like me!' She screamed at herself. Her face displayed her confliction. She didn't know what to do with this sudden feeling.
(Agh, how cute. <3 i love Laura :3
"Yeah thats fine. I can bring it." He says running his fingers through his hair, careful not to mess it up. Avoiding the Bobby pin.
"whens her birthday? I could get her one….wait what am I thinking? I just met her?!" he thought to himself as she looked at her. She was rather cute. He wasn't about to argue that.
( ovo Thanks! <3)
She twisted her hair around her finger and lightly tugged her short hair. "Cool, can't wait to see it." She smiled then bit her lip. She didn't know why, but she felt kinda flirty. Something about the mood in the room. It was weird, but she wanted to just run her delicate hand over his soft looking lips, and see his reaction. 'Pull it together Laura.' She scolded herself. 'He's younger then you, let's stop thinking like that.' She corrected herself.
He noticed her lip bite and hid face turned slightly red. "Y-yeah…." He put his phone back in his pocket. "So how long have you been doing photography?" He asks her, trying to keep the conversation going. He actually liked talking to her.
Zanna made note of the seemingly blooming feelings between the pair from the library. Great, now she could mock jealousy from the utter lack of feeling in her own life. They had to try and mock jealousy because they couldn't feel the actual emotion.
Laura smiled a bit. "A few years, I got into it when I gave up trying to do drawing." She said, and turned to Lori. "And it's a good thing I did, she's got me beat on anything I thought was, as they call it: "good."" She clicked her tongue at the end. She looked up a bit, and noticed someone watching them, not creepily, just seeming to be neglected. Laura stood up to walk over to the person.
He listened to her silently until she got up and walked away. Did she not want to talk to him? Did he same something? He turned around trying to see where she was going.
Zanna glanced up to see the female of the library pair, Laura if she remembered previous roll calls right, coming her way. They didn't try to hide the fact she had been looking over in the pair's direction, but were a bit curious as to why Laura was coming over to Z.
She smiled and stood in front of her table. "You want to join us? You seem lonely." She asked politely. "Oh, and I'm Laura." She friendly said.
Zanna looked up at Laura, that was… Unexpected. They figured she would tell them off for staring or something like that. Instead, Laura walked over and asked if Zanna wanted to join them. This was better than she could have ever thought, "Sure. I'm Zanna."
"Nice to meet you!" She said walking back to her table. She sat down again next to Levi. She put her hand on the table. "This is Levi, and Lori." She said pointing to each accordingly.
Zanna followed her back to the table. She took the empty seat near Lori and gave them a slight wave, "Hello, I'm Zanna."
Laura smiled, resting her chin on her fist. She was glad she was making new friends.
He looked at Zanna then Laura. He was just glad she came back. He simply nodded and didn't say anything.
Laura bit her lip when she looked at Levi. Then she turned back to Zanna. "You know, that's a really cool name, do you know what it means?" She asked a glint of curiosity flashing across her eyes.
"No idea," Zanna responded dead toned. It wasn't like she could respond with any other infliction. They looked at Laura, "Do you know what Laura means?"
"Actually, I do. I like to check names to see what they mean all the time. Mine means the bay, or laurel plant. I could always look your's up." She smiled enthusiastically.
