Yarinaoshi and her sister watched the creepypastas (of which popular ones will be NPCs, I guess) kill another one of her prey. Shitsuren pointed out in amazement, "Look at that agility and that sheer power." Yarinoashi slightly shoved her sister, "Perhaps they are powerful, but I've run out of prey!"

Ender sat in a tree, reading a book. He smelled blood somewhere nearby, but didn’t really care. He didn’t want to put down his book.

hiro felt the sudden difference in the woods. This happened often, things dying, being born, ext. But he was feeing curious enough to go looking for it. Soon he found it, the shocked by the image of what had happen. A proxy he had seen a few month back did this and he was confused for what reason this was done. Then he heard the people talking, his cold eyes looking for the sorce of the of the sound.

Ender couldn’t ignore it at this point. There were voices. He jumped down from the tree, shoving his book into his bag and going into his true form. He could see in all directions this way, and was hyperaware of his surroundings.

Yarinoashi was mad and didn't know what to do, when she heard her sister say something. "That's no true," Shitsuren pointed out, "You've just run out of safe prey; there's still plenty of people who have regrettable pasts." Yarinoashi's antenna perked up as she said this and she smiled. "You're a genius," she said before running back into the woods, "thanks!"

hiro felt eyes prying into his mind, though he didn't dare turn around. Watching the one creature race off into the woods.

Ender approached Hiro from behind. The air around him started to feel staticky and tense.

hiro held his head, emotions running wild. The scales showed, his hands and cheeks became overrun with these scales. Finally he turned around taking a step back from the thing. Finding it hard to focus on one of the eyes he looked in the distance behind the monster. '' who.. What are you'' he said through strained words.

Ender let out a noise that almost sounded like a laugh. He walked closer, picking him up by the shirt collar, just staring at him.

hiro kept looking in the distance but his emotions were just getting worse. Fear and panic were two of the strongest, and if he didnt calm soon he was going to break. '' put me down'' he said calmly ( cough cough- russian accent emotions for smol fox)

Yarinaoshi heard noises and saw the fight happening. Running back over and jumping over her sister, she decided she would "even" the odds. She let out a battle cry in the form of a gekker and tried to get the creature to drop the poor boy.

Ender fought to regain control over himself. It didn’t work. He drew his hand back, ready to pierce his body with his claws. He managed to come back to his senses, and he dropped him, going back into his human form.
“Sorry about that. Just happens sometimes, y’know?”

hiros looked like he had seen a ghost. '' what in the actual *** * '' he said. the boy felt something in his hand. At some point he had grabbed his knife with out thinking.

"That just happens," Yarinoashi said in a bewildered tone, "I guess even I didn't know what the city was truly like." She violently shook her head and called her sister over with a bark.

hiro took deep breaths, the scales on his cheeks and hands slowly retreated back into his skin. He put his knife back into his belt and looked at the kid. '' gotta name? Anyone who can scare the hell out of me and live to see the light deserves be respected in my eyes'' he said with a warm smile.

“Hey, put the knife down, Scaly. If I wanted to hurt you, you’d already be dead.” Ender looked in the direction of the bark. “Huh.”

"How rude of me," Yarinoashi said in I friendly tone, "I'm Yarinaoshi. It's nice to meet you." She smiled with her mouth open and her antenna perked.

“Sorry if this comes off as rude but… what are you?” Ender had never seen anything like this before.

'' i think its a fox'' he said sarcasticly. '' and im not scaly '' ( just sayin, not sure how to type it but hiro has a heavy russian acent)

"Actually, I'm a Batasune," she said in that one tone you use when you explain the obvious, "Unlike foxes, we don't have ears or teeth or tongues."

''… Quick qestion, how does one eat? And what do you eat?'' he said still confused.

"Well, personally, I eat fear and confusion," she said, "but my sister, like most, eats love."
