Attire: usually wearing a button down or loose flannel with some jeans
Personality: shy, hard for him to open up, always there for people, likes to give advice, loves to tell stories, is lowkey really lonely but won't ever admit it
Flaws: dismisses all of his negative feelings and takes care of everybody else around him before taking care of himself, represses a lot of his feelings, gets attached to people very easily, is not good at defending himself physically or emotionally, kind of a pushover

(same here, I have to make a list of things to do everyday and set reminders on my phone so I don't fail too bad at life lol. Hyperfocus is really great when it happens though lol)
