Angel Dust looked around at the place he seemed to have been… transported to. A second ago, he was entering his hotel room, and the next, he was… here. "Damn. I coulda been anywhere but I get sent to Satan-knows-where! Ah, screw it. No use mopin'," he said, now wandering around the building. "Mm. Not bad. I've seen better places, but for a house with some sort of interdimensional portal… This is pretty darn neat." Angel began to get distracted while walking around, making sure he examined this place up and down. 'I might end up bein' here for a while, so dam, why not check my eternal prison out for a change?' he thought.
Tina had just been flung out of her room, into a strange building she didn't recognise. "I'm okay!" she called out, before realising no one she knew was there. Am I dreaming? she pondered. Am I in an alternate universe? Do I get to meet my alternate self? I bet she's hot. She readjusted her glasses, pulled her knee-length socks back up and got off the floor, wandering around the place. "Hello?" she called out tentatively. "Gene? Louise? Mom? Dad?" She had to admit, the building was pretty nice. She wouldn't mind staying here for a while just to look at the amenities.
(Imma stalk because god Tina is kinda like me lol)
Angel heard someone call out and rolled his eyes. "Mmh. I guess I'm hearing things now. What kinda drugs did they feed me while I was in that portal?" he mumbled. He then decided to test the whole 'hearing things' idea by responding to the voice he heard. "Hey! Is someone else there?!" he called out. 'If there is someone else here… then there's something more sinister goin' on here… Ooh, sinister… Mm, what a dangerous word…' he thought once more, now getting more… absorbed… in his thoughts.
(I love Angel omg)
Tina thought she heard someone else reply, so to be on the safe side she called out again. "Um, yeah!". To be honest, she was curious as to who –or what– she would see if she went towards the voice. She was about to walk towards it, but then she stopped in her tracks. "Wait, Tina! Haven't you seen horror movies? Never go towards the voice, or you'll end up dead." After that, she decided to do what any reasonable, rational person would do– go towards the voice.
Angel huffed after hearing the voice reply back. "So I wasn't having an acid trip. Well that sucks- Coulda been fun," he said. He then began staring at one of the walls, or more specifically… the painting hung up on said wall. "Mmm.. Pretty risque. I like it," he muttered. He looked around. "Any other paintings? No? Shucks." Angel began walking off to another section of the building, still trying to examine this place thoroughly. "Well shit. I forgot to check for bedrooms. If they're gonna trap us in a different dimension or whatever the hell is happening here, they might as well give us a damn room."
Tina groaned in panic, realising she'd have to follow through and actually go towards the voice. She tentatively took another step forward, and started to look around to find the owner of the voice. She noticed a painting on the wall and her glasses fogged up. She gave a low whistle. "Woah." She took off her glasses to wipe them on her skirt, then she put them back on and continued looking. "If I don't find a way out, will I have to sleep here? If so, there better be a nice bedroom or something."
Angel roamed around until he found a room with two beds, both the same size. "Must be a master bedroom. Well, that's fair. I'll take it!" he said, jumping onto one of the beds. "Ahh, hell yeah. This is the life. Or, rather- it would be, if the circumstances were better." Angel looked around the room as he layed in the bed. He stretched his four arms out and let out a relaxed sigh. 'Wonder if that other person is looking for a bedroom too,' he thought to himself, staring at the ceiling. "Bleh.. Might as well not pay any mind. If they do happen to waltz in 'ere, I wonder what'll happen," he muttered.
Tina continued wandering around the building until she stopped by a door she's pretty sure wasn't there the first time. "Hmm…" She quickly readjusted her glasses and put her hand on the handle, slowly turning it to open the door. At first, she saw a room with two same-sized beds, but she failed to register what was on the second bed. She saw a tall, slender spider-person splayed out on the bed, with one fully black eyeball. She took off her glasses and rubbed her eyes until they hurt. Then she took her glasses and rubbed them on her shirt so forcefully she thought they might break. Slowly putting them back on, she uttered one word. "Woah."
Angel sat up and looked at Tina. "Mh- And just who're you?" he asked, pointing at her with one hand, and using the other 3 to fix himself up proper. He examined her up and down a few times. "Not shabby, though. At least they didn't send me in here with someone ugly." he said, then laughed and layed back down on the bed. 'You gotta stop complimenting absolute strangers. Actually… Psh, nah. I ain't gonna be a killjoy. I'm definitely gonna keep that up. Gotta be someone out there who will find joy in my random-ass compliments,' he thought.
