Kenzie watched the whole scene from the hallway, eyes wide with unrestrained fright. When it was all finished, she walked over to Hunter and was about to ask him something when Luna hugged him. She froze and walked over to her couch just as a police officer offered her condolences to both of them.

Can i join? I've never roleplayed before.

(Yeah, you sure can! The more the merrier!)

Should we control Jordan, though? I mean, his owner isn't really here and even though we have permission, it just feels wrong. And I like Huntzie better! As in the shipping name xD

(So… Is anyone going to post an actual response? 'Cause I kinda feel bad for Kenzie, she's just sitting on the couch, alone…)

Hunter knew Luna needed some time alone, everyone did, so he decided to give her some space. His eyes swept the apartment until they landed on Kenzie who was seated on a couch. Hesitantly, he made his way towards her. His heart hammered in his chest from fear of being rejected by Kenzie, the only person who didn't blame him for the death of his girlfriend. He couldn't bear to lose her because of this. He felt grateful that Jordan had stopped him in time. If he had been a murderer, Kenzie probably wouldn't look at him ever again.

(I've got to go soon, so this'll be my last post for a couple hours.)

Kenzie looked up at the sound of footsteps coming near her. Hunter stood beside the couch, and she gave him a weak smile.

"Hey," she said quietly. The fear in her eyes was gone, completely taken over by exhaustion. She yawned suddenly, covering her mouth with a hand. "Sorry, I guess everything is just catching up with me right now. What just happened, exactly?"

Hunter shook his head.
"No, it's okay… I understand that this was too much for you," he said, not looking at Kenzie in the eye. "He… that guy the police took? He was the one who killed Keira. He went after Al today. You were next on his list. When I realized that, I was so scared." his voice broke. "I thought I'd lose another person I cared about. I couldn't let that happen. I didn't want another person dying because of me." he fell silent and so did Kenzie.
"I wouldn't blame you if you told me to leave," Hunter finally broke the silence. "I would have done so, too, if I were you."

After Hunter left her alone, Luna went to Al's house to go through her stuff for anything, a will, a note, anything she would have left for her. As she went through Al's closet, Luna found a ticket. "Carribean Cruise" it read. the day of departure read the date of the next day. With the ticket, she found a note, "Reminder: Give the ticket to Luna the day before the cruise so she can get there!" Luna looked at the note, knowing she doesn't have any more tears, she starts to shake. "Al, if you somehow hear this, Thank you." Luna kneels there, shaking and out of tears. Luna goes home and packs for the cruise, she wasn't going to be late for the cruise that Al wanted her to go to. "Hunter, I'm going to be gone for about 2 weeks. Can you look after the house for me?" Luna sent to Hunter.

(Stupid website wouldn't work… Otherwise, I'd have been here earlier.)

"You don't have to leave," Kenzie murmured sleepily, leaning back into the couch and closing her eyes. "I feel safer with you here."

Hunter’s eyes widened at what Kenzie said. She felt safer with him here? Even though he was shocked, a happier emotion triumphed it.
“Then if you want,” he murmured, looking at her softly. “If you tell me to, I’ll stay with you. I’ll promise to protect you until I’m no longer needed.”

(It’s not a confession though xD he just cares for Kenzie Nd wants to protect her.
And right.)

Hunter waited for a reply from Kenzie, but when he heard her soft breathing, he realized she had fallen asleep. Chuckling to himself, he pulled himself up from the couch and picked Kenzie up. He didn’t know which room was Kenzie’s, so he just randomly chose a room and walked in, setting Kenzie on the bed and pulling the blanket over her.
“Sleep well, Kenz,” he murmured. “You had a rough day.”
He went outside and got a piece of paper and a pen. He wrote to Kenzie about him going back home when he received a message. It was Luna.
”Yeah, just leave the keys with me,” Hunter replied. ”I’ll look after your house. You have fine, Lune.”

(WOOHOO LUNA'S GOING TO BE ON THAT CRUISE!)
"Thanks, Hunter, you're the best!" Luna responded as she finished packing. She ran over to the airport where there was already a reservation for her on the plane. "AL YOU'RE THE BEST I MISS YOU SO MUCH!" Luna stopped dead in her tracks. "Excuse me, Miss? when does the plane leave?" Luna asked the lady who was giving the tickets. "It leaves in a couple hours." she responded. "Okay, thank you miss!" Luna ran to the funeral home. "Sir! Is it possible to move a funeral till 2 weeks from tomorrow?" she asked quickly. "We can try. Who is it you lost?" he responded. "Alyssa Mason." Luna responded. The man nodded, "I'm sorry for your loss and we can make her funeral in 2 weeks." Luna thanked him once more and ran back to the airport. She made it just in time to the plane and was off to the cruise.
