(Yeah, I don't really care about swearing much. I probably won't do anything beyond PG swears myself though because I'm a wimp.)
Niko was unfazed by Cyprus removing his head. He'd certainly seen worse.

(Lol ok)
"Well, I don't usually see people pull off their heads, so I'll gradually get used to it." she squeaked.
"Well I don't supposed you've seen a ghost before either."
She shook her head vigorously.
"Well, to be fair," Niko said, "I haven't, either."
"Well no apologies for scaring you, but I am curious. Why is it that only you two are on the streets right now?"
Lili swallowed. "Just trying to escape for a little while."
"This is usually a dead town at night," Niko sighed, "If you wanted a better place to haunt, you should've tried a bigger city."
Cyprus shrugged. "Well, once apon a time this city was the most active at night. My how things change in the span of a few years."
(what city is this again?)
"There are still certain neighbourhoods that stay up."
(I don't know in all honesty. we could make it somewhere big like New York or LA but it's up to you guys)
(I'm not sure.)
Niko nodded. "Maybe, but downtown is usually dead. They don't have the best business anymore. Everything on this side of town is old and run-down."
Cyprus looked down the city, finally noticing the staggering amount of closed businesses. "Well, I guess that's why I wanted to come here I suppose. Guess that's a sort of subconscious ghost rule."
"What, making a ghost town a literal ghost town?" Niko asked with a smirk.
He smiled. "If the shoe fits."
Lili frowned. "You'd think you would know if your neighbourhood was haunted."
"Oh, I only come around sometimes. I spend most of my days eating chimeras in the nearby forest."
"Oh, of course. I do that too. Very common pastime around here., she snorted.
Cyprus smiled. "As ridiculous as it sounds, it's true. I'm not your average ghost per say."
"What sets any ghosts apart from one another anyway?" Niko asked.
"Well, I happened to have a series of curses placed on me during and after my death, so I turned into more of a ghost-like monster than anything once I reached Purgatory."
"What's the Purgatory?"
"Oh, fun. What exactly did you do to warrant all of that cursing?" Niko pushed his glasses back up his face.
"Nothing, in fact. We just so happened to be harboring an entire court of warlocks secretly planning to summon a nasty demon to destroy us and take the throne. Little did they know, the demon couldn't be stopped and it went on to level the entire kingdom."
"Sounds pretty intense. What is the Purgatory, exactly?"
