(sorry, I got way behind so I'm gonna try to jump back in if that's alright with you guys?)
Ash sat quietly, listening to the group across the room discuss all the missing professors. She stood up and walked over to them. "I understand that you need a way into the teacher's lounge? I might have just the thing here." She said as she pulled a set of keys out of her pocket. (she's a T.A. for one of the missing professors so that's why she has the keys…)
"What are the keys for?" Yesim asked, glancing at the new person that came over to the table.
(do college professors have TAs? that's cool)
"They'll get you into the teachers' lounge. That is, if that's still something you guys think would help." Ash responded.
(do college professors have TAs? that's cool)
(yeah, I know a few professors that have TAs)
"They'll get you into the teachers' lounge. That is, if that's still something you guys think would help." Ash responded.
"It would and help and why are you helping us in the first place?" Yesim asked, glancing at the keys.
(oof im back i'll jump in rn)
"Are you serious?" Sloan snapped. "Six dollars for a damn coffee?" The barista looked around the cafe, meeting the eyes of bothered customers. He needed this coffee- the antidote for another sleepless night. Shaking his head in defeat, he paid for the coffee, muttering curses to the mess of an economy he was stuck with.
(i think im cursed my laptop is at 5%)
"Because I want to find my professor. Without him, I don't get the credit for TA-ing his class. I don't want to have wasted a whole year when I could have been doing something better with my time." Ash shrugged, slipping the keys back into her pocket.
Yesim shrugged, "Okay then, makes sense."
"That'll definitely help," Asura said, nodding.
"That'll definitely help," Asura said, nodding.
"So, when should we all go to the teacher's lounge?" Yesim asked.
"Is everyone else okay with that?" She asked, glancing at everyone.
(@StarkSpangledBanner did you make a character and I just didn't catch it?)
(ah alright shit sorry man my mind blanked for a moment)
"If I can manage to drag my lazy ass out of bed at that time, then sure," he said, shrugging.
"Feel free tah come an' drag me along, my dearies. I'll be drunk by then anyways." Matt smirked and winked at the guys before getting up and sauntering over to the door. "Call me if ya need anythin'. Asura has mah number."
"Well, at least no one will be in the lounge at that time." Ash laughed.
