Elizabeth sat down next to Alex, “Well don’t you also have osteokinesis and geokinesis?”

"yeah I do. Osteokinesis is quite helpful when setting bones. Geokenisis is fairly fun but not always useful" Alex responded. "what is your favorite thing to do for fun with your powers?" she asked

“…that’s a good question…” Elizabeth said, “I never thought about it. I barely even use my powers.”

"how come?" Alex questioned

“It’s just… it just never came to my mind. I never think of using my powers unless I’m desperate.”

"hmm" Alex hummed. "I bet you could make some beautiful things with your powers"

“Maybe.” Elizabeth said.

"You should try it sometime. it may be fun" Alex said

“Huh.” Elizabeth said, she opened her hand and summoned a tiny ball of flaming gas. It floated about an inch from her hand, she could feel the heat radiating off of it. But strangely, it didn’t feel that hot.

Kaden sighed. "You girls should be sleeping. You'll be sorry if there's an attack and you haven't gotten any."

"cant. plus my watch is coming up" Alex responded

“I can’t sleep.” Elizabeth emphasized, “Even if you were to tie me to a bed, I wouldn’t be able to fall asleep.”

"Tying you to a bed wouldn't help anyone sleep." He said. "Put on a lullaby. It helps me."

Alex smiled at Elizabeth. "go to sleep Kaden. ill take over watch, ok?"

“Fine, fine, fine.” Elizabeth said, she stood up and left.

He nodded. "I'm going to go after and make sure she doesn't do anything stupid. Hold down the fort while I'm gone." He ruffled her hair then got up, following after the girl.

Kaden snorted at Elizabeth. "You're not supposed to run into the wall."
