"I do not mind death. I welcome it with open arms." Reshef sat back down, eyes flashing. "Touch is not. . .opportune at the moment. Understand?" He stared at the ground, head bowed and dark hair falling over his eyes.

Erza almost falls over as she ( Does this manuver standshttps://www.google.com/url?sa=i&source=images&cd=&ved=2ahUKEwjY1v_c5rjbAhWp6oMKHeH4BiwQjRx6BAgBEAU&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.pinterest.com%2Fpin%2F484418503655132675%2F&psig=AOvVaw0M-3fG6Rp5GtzlajI0kD3h&ust=1528160194756562 ) And yanks the sword from the guy's hand
River stepped towards Rose, "We getcha."
(Oops delayed sorry)
"Ezra. Chill out for a minute." Dara finally looked up. She had been feverishly writing notes this entire time. She was smiling. "This is so weird. I love it."
Hase gave Dara a pointed look before turning back to Rose. "We all welcome death, stranger. Now why the f*ck are you in our lab?"
(So can I keep that or re-write it?)
Erza smirks crouching and holding the guy's sword up at his chest
(Ill re-do this as well)
( I would've answered a long time ago, but I don't know if my reasons would go along with what @writelikeyourerunningoutoftime wants)
He rubbed his eyes, thinking of a way to answer.
(Go for it your idea's probably better than anything I can think up!)
So many words. He never used to talk this much. "There is something. . .that is going to happen. Either in a few days, weeks, months even. I was sent here to stop it. Sounds cliche, doesn't it? I. . .we don't know what's going to happen. We only know that it's bad. And it's going to hurt," his voice cracked, "a lot of people."
River looked at him, "How can we help?"
"You can start by leaving me alone and forgetting this ever happened." Reshef's head was filled with. . .unpleasant memories.
Dara narrowed her eyes at him. "How do we know you're not just messing with us? I never operate without full information, sorry."
(So… Should I re-write these posts?)
Erza rolls her eyes, leaning the sword on her shoulder, "What's happening?"
"I just appeared out of nowhere in the middle of your lab. Isn't that good enough?" His hands were shaking. "Oh, you think I'm a villain. I assure you, I am not. I have all the evidence with me, but unless I want to get you involved, which I don't, I cannot show it to you."
Dara watched him for a long moment. He was obviously extremely shaken up. Wherever he had come from, it clearly wasn't a good place, and unless he was a brilliant actor, he wasn't lying. "Do you want something to eat?" she asked, still squinting at him as though she were trying to solve a very difficult puzzle.
"I could help him out."" Erza offers, standing and bringing the sword down and it clinks on the floor
"Do you have ice cream? My grandmother told me ice cream was delicious." His eyes lit up almost like a little boy's.
River looked to others. His grandmother told him about ice cream?
"Eh…" Dara shook her head. "No, we don't have any. But there's a little cafe down the street that sells milkshakes. Do you want one?"
"You shake milk?" The concept was interesting. Timothy would've liked it.
Dara frowned. "Milkshakes. It's like ice cream. But with milk? Do you not have that where you're from?" She jotted down a few notes quickly.
"Pleasurable items are not to be permitted. Including food, recreation, clothing, furniture, housing. . ." he trailed off.
Dara stared at him, her brain trying to catch up. She didn't understand. Where could he have possibly come from? "Please, tell me more about where you come from. As much as you're comfortable with."
"In doing that I would have to tell you about my work. I am not going to rope you in unless I know you will die for this cause. Because I am willing to die for this cause. I do not want death on my hands more than it already is. It is best if we never talk to each other after today. I have work to do." All of this talking, it was draining him. He never had to talk as much before. Timothy had talked for him.
