Acacia was smiling waiting for her cue with the drums and guitar. She felt like she should act as natural as possible.

Laura sat in the corner of the room, her notebook in her lap and ideas poised on the tip of her pen as the music began to play.
Lilly hit the key needed for the intro of the drums and guitar and waited a few seconds before she was joined by the other instruments. She raised her voice and started belting out her lyrics
Acacia came in on her cue and started singing her lyrics harmonizing when it was the others turns. Her toe tapped with the music as she kept with the rhythm.
Laura observed Lilly for a moment, then began to write a bit. When she was finished, she turned her attention to Acadia.
When Jake heard the pianist hit the key to start, he went all out on his drums and eventually ended up in sync with the rest. He loved how the instruments would start out individually at first then come together as a whole, but more than anything, he loved how the voice of the singer resonated with the melody.
Kai stayed silent, minus her guitar. Vocals weren't her thing, backup or otherwise. She did like listening to the others though, and glanced over at Laura in the corner, a small smile ghosting across her face."
Acacia had a big smile on as her vocals started picking up when it came to her main part. She looked over to the camera with her big smile. No words could ever amount to how she felt when she was just with her friends singing.
Laura was jotting things down. Ideas poured from her mind to the paper, especially as the band played.
Hitting the last key Lilly smiled and pressed a button on the camera, pausing the video. "That was great guys! Hey Laura, got any ideas for the next song?" Lilly asked. She tugged on her fingerless gloves and went to grab a soda from the mini fridge.
Kai lifted the strap of her guitar and ducked out of it, answering her ringing phone.
Acacia walked over to where her bag was to grab her water bottle. Singing really took it out of her sometimes.
"Yeah, rehearsal. Go out to the movies with your friends or something, and I'll pick you up on my way back…… No, don't, Ava…..It won't work, never has….See you." Kai hung up, sitting on one of the speakers.
Acacia looked over to Kai as she gave her a slight smile, “Sister problems?”
Lilly looked around at the group of kids around her. "Hey guys, should we check out today's video to see whether or not we uoad to our channel?" She asked
Acacia shrugged, “Sure. It probably is but it never hurts to check.”
"Something like that." Kai said in response to Acacia's question. It wasn't very informative, but she wasn't really the type anyway.
Acacia nodded at Kai’s response. She pulled out a sketch book from her bag and flipped to the marked page. She still hadn’t quite perfected these designs yet, and they were still in the rough sketch phase.
Lilly nodded and hooked up the camera to the mini projector. "Ok, listen for any mistakes and then we will see if I can upload to the channel."
Laura finished writing her ideas. Now… to put them into lyrics…
Once the video finished playing, Lilly looked at Laura "so, any ideas?"
Laura looked up. "Uh, yeah…"
"Mind sharing them?"
Jake leaned back, still sitting behind the drums, as soon as they finished. He set the drum sticks down and reached for his backpack where he had a snack in store whenever they played together.
"N-Now?" she asked quietly. "They aren't ready."
