"Yeah, but what if they caught us? Are you not even the slightest bit worried about getting caught here?" Paige didn't know if she should be in awe of Artemis's courage, or feel bad because of her stupidity.

Artemis's eyes widened. "Oh yeah. Okay uuuuummm." She thought for a moment. "let's lay low for now, aaaannd… we can try and work out when it would be best to escape. Maybe suck up to the authorities for now too. It's what a fiction protag would do. I think."

Sebastian laid there for awhile, trying to sleep. He even tried counting sheep, which was only what desperate people did when they needed to sleep. It didn't work. He sighed and rolled out of bed. He rummaged through his bag and found the cigarette pack and lighter that he had hidden in his bag. He pulled one out and stuck it in his mouth. He lit the end of it and took a drag.

Harley carried her duffle bag around the school with her. she had no idea what to do, her mom didn't tell her anything and her dad drove off not even saying good bye. she found a window and sat down there. looking at the moon she couldn't believe that they sent her to this hellhole. but what could she do. she put her bag down and wrapped her arms around her knees, putting her head on them too.

Paige nodded. "Sounds good." She set her duffel bag down next to her and picked up her backpack again. She began shuffling through it. "Sh**. I think my mom went through my bag before I left. Half the stuff I packed is gone."

Antonio turns around, his earth green eyes glancing at the other. "What are you in here for?" He asks after a minute, looking up at the ceiling, shifting onto his back. The poor child was tired, but curious. His first human interaction after a whole three months of being locked in his room and being fed through a flap.

"Aw dang. That sucks." Artemis said. She got up and walked over. "What had you packed?"

"Beer, snacks, hair dye…" Paige groaned, throwing her bag on the floor. "Great. Either I forgot to pack them, or my mom took my tampons." She fell back onto her bed. "I'm going to die here."

Sebastian looked up. Ugh, this guy was one of the sociable ones. Fuck. He took a long drag from his cig. "Fight." He didn't offer his roommate anything else. He wasn't about to just share his entire life with someone he just met. Not that he wanted to meet him. He preferred his old school, where he was bullied every day, to this piece of shit school.

"Oh my gosh. She took your tampons!?" Artemis stood there a little shocked. "I've got pads if you want." She shook her head. "My gosh, why the hay would someone do that?!"

Paige sat up, rubbing her head. "She probably didn't take them. Just my stupid a** forgot to pack them."

Antonio nods before falling silent, turning to face the wall again. He releases a small sigh, curling up a little. He only asked small questions, never wanting to intrude. He was silent, his hand still holding on to his dog tags.

"Yikes. Well, you're welcome to use my pads, and I've got hair dye if you like pink." She said, pointing to her head.

Eventually, Elouise found her room and went in. The bland room filled her with so much hopelessness that the realization came that she would have to stay here a whole year, a whole hopeless year. She puts on a strong face and walks to her new bed, her roommate would probably be here soon.

"Hello!"
Augustine slid deftly into the dorm room, trying her best to keep a smile on her face. Everything was so bland and drab, and it made her crave at least some sort of cheesy Twitter aesthetic. But through her disgust, she remained positive as she set her stuff on the other bed. "I'm Augustine, who're you?"

She nodded. "Thanks. I appreciate it." Paige zipped up her backpack again and threw it under her bed along with her duffel bag.

"Elouise, nice to meet you. Although not in the nicest settings," She smiles back at Augustine, putting her hand forward for a handshake.

"Wow. I feel lucky that my parents didn't go through my bag. Considering how pissed they were with me before I left, I'm shocked they didn't."

Augustine took the handshake enthusiastically, happy to see her emotions were shared. "It's not that bad, at least not once we get this place spiffed up." She smiled scandalously.

(This ship is going to need a lot of help.)

Sebastian sighed and leaned back against the wall. He finished off the cigarette and stomped it out. He tossed it and popped in some gum. He sprayed a little cologne in the room, to muffle the smell of smoke in the room. He didn't want to get caught.

"Wow. I feel lucky that my parents didn't go through my bag. Considering how pissed they were with me before I left, I'm shocked they didn't."

Paige sighed. "I had a bunch of good food too. Oh well, hopefully whatever they serve here isn't garbage."

"Yeah, we can totally add some colour to this. Make it more like home," Elouise looks around the room then back at Augustine, seeing her smile only makes Elouise more determined.

Patagonia glanced around the commons area, realizing suddenly that he'd fallen asleep and was the only one there. He scrambled to get his stuff together and dashed down the hall, casting cursory glances at the doors as he passed to find his name.
His room appeared at the end of the hall, wedged between a stairwell and an outdoor wall. He wasn't sure if his roommate was there yet, but he knocked anyway just to be on the safe side.

Antonio sighs before sitting up and walking towards the case hidden under his bed. He reaches his slender fingers, reaching for the case. He smiles softly when he pulls the case out. He looks towards Sebastian, "You… you don't mind, do you?" He asks quietly, the guitar glinting softly in the light. It was a light brown, the strings clean and well taken care of.

"They probably do." Artemis grumbled, sitting down on her bed.
