(Ok so a leader is the one who basically talks for the group, like at a music show if they were to ask a basic question about their new album they would answer. Or they would introduce the the group, like “Hello we are The Night Riots”. They also keep track of the group within their dorm, kind of like if they get in a fight they listen to the leader for the final say. They still have a manager but they’re like a mini manager within the group. Does this make sense?)
