The plot is, In the distant future, everyone is immortal. To keep things interesting people often reset their memories every few centuries, so they can live life anew. Everyones reset has malfunctioned, causing them to remember thousands of years of lost memories.

Amona sipped her tea. Jasmine tea had always given her comfort. Well, Amona crinkled her
eyebrows, she didn't know if it was always. That was the thing about being immortal, when things changed, sometimes you never knew. Who knows maybe only 24 years ago she had hated jasmine tea with a passion. She sighed looking around the small tea and coffee shop.
Shey stumbled into the nearest shop on the street. She searched the room and locked eyes with an older woman. She walked over to her and pulled up a chair. "Hi, can we have a casual conversation? Someone's following me right now and I need to be around someone to keep them from getting me. Long story… Don't ask."
Amona eyes flew to the door as a girl flew into the store. Amona's eyebrows raised in curiosity as the girl looked around the shop. She looked ragged and had a panicked expression. She locked eyes with Amona before darting to the nearest occupied table. The woman sitting there looked extremely surprised. Amona continued to stare curiously as the girl launched into a rapid fire conversation with the other woman.
