//kk its Kelly
Kerenza hugs the other girl. "We're in this together…forever…best friends…?" She grabs Eliza wrist, pulling the girl towards them.
(Im so confused… Which girl did she hug and which is she dragging Elizabeth toward?)
(Hugged Kelly, pulled Eliza towards Kerenza and Kelly)
Kelly reached out and tugged on Meg's arm, bringing her into the group hug too. Even though she was surrounded by warmth, she still felt cold. Castor, you've done it this time…
(Uh… Im still confused but ok)
Elizabeth wrenches her wrist free from Kerenza's grasp, "I can walk!"
Kerenza smiles, feeling something was off with Kellys feelings, but says nothing.
(Time skip to night…?)
Meg pulled away. “Kelly, you’re still really cold.”
Kerenza takes a small step back, keeping an arm around the girl. "Yeah…are you ok?"
“She is not okay,” Meg said, shaking her head.
She looks at the daughter of Captain America. "What do you mean?"
“Just sayin. She’s at least twenty degrees below what her temp should be,” Meg shrugged. (I’m sorry i know thats not medically possible.) “Also, I know you think of me as Captain America’s daughter, but please dont.”
"You guys, I'm fine," Kelly said. Castor, go away!
(You guys wanna do a timeskip to night?)
"Kelly, your not…" Kerenza looks really really worried.
“No, you are not,” Meg emphasized. “Anything wrong?”
“No, you are not,” Meg emphasized. “Anything wrong?”
Elizabeth had wandered to her hand where the suite was clutched tight
(Sure, let's just finish this conversation.)
"No, nothing's wrong. I'm fine. I just spend too much time on the roof in the cold, ok?"
Kerenza knew she was lying, but knew she had to give Kelly room. "Ok…your right…just…be careful ok?"
"Uh huh…" Elizabeth rolls her eyes
She shakes her head gently at Eliza, as if telling her, Leave it…she'll tell us
“Alright. I’m going to bed,” Meg sighed, leaving the room.
Kerenza nods, walking to her room, she keeps an eye on Kelly the whole time.
"I'll be fine you guys," Kelly said and waved over her shoulder as she walked into her room and shut the door. She changed into a baggy navy shirt with neon orange running shorts and got into bed. She waited until 10:00 came, then she rolled out of bed and crept onto the roof. (No one follows her, ok?) She was admiring the lights of the buildings in the city when she felt a draft cross the back of her neck. She turned to see Castor smirking at her. "Castor, I told you we can't," Kelly sighed. "They are starting to notice."
"You're an Avenger now, huh?" His tone was undefinable.
"Yes, I am," said Kelly, firmly. "What do you want, Castor?"
"I told you to come here if you love me. And you came," Castor walked closer.
"No, stop," Kelly said, backing away. Her foot slipped, awfully close to the edge. She steadied herself and turned to face him again. She felt his fingers press into her skull, the heel of his hand on the back of her neck.
"Do you love me?" His icy breath whispered in her ear.
"Yes, but I can't! Castor, we can't have this. It's danger-" Castor had leaned in and stopped her from finishing her sentence. Their lips pressed together and Kelly forgot about everything. All too soon, the moment ended. As soon as Castor's lips left hers, it felt like Kelly's blood had turned to ice. She didn't say anything, but the last part of her last thought hung in her head: It's dangerous for me.
"Good night, Kelly," Castor said.
"Good night," Kelly said as he disappeared. When he left, Kelly sunk to her knees and curled up into a ball. So… so cold… cold…
//could Meg find her?
(Sure. Now?)
//sure. She cant sleep.
Meg tossed and turned, but she couldn’t get the image of her dad’s sheild out of her mind. Use it well… Meg got out of bed, pulled on a sweatshirt, and decided to walk up to the roof. The skyline was pretty at night, she’d heard.
