(I go crazy with keeping track of the other RP characters; otherwise I never remember what peeps look like or other important things. I usually save filled=out templates and then create an abbreviated character list like this: Name - (Depending on the RP) - Role/Job/Power - Age - Gender - @OwnedByThisPeep)

(Nice! I just have digital sticky notes with all of my characters.)
