Luna was helping Uriah, by kind of dragging him, but froze when she heard Sparrow's schpeel. More like she when Zoe's name was said. It was too much. She ended up down on the ground near Uriah hyperventilating, reliving possibly the worse day of her life.

Cyrus smashed the staff down in a few more places, likely shattering some of Panther’s bones.
“Fuck you! You think I’m gonna kill you yet, bastard?! I want to at least come close to giving you the pain you’ve inflicted on us!”

@Fantasy-Illy!

Uriah practically pulled Luna up onto his lap and held her. This just needs to end. Uriah could understand why Cy didn't want to kill him yet, but keeping him alive any longer would just hurt those around him. End it Cy. Luna was hyperventilating, while Uriah couldn't even move. He wasn't even sure how he would be getting back to the guild honestly.

(Totally off topic but you any of you know a really good artist. I can't draw for my life, but my brother is starting a D&D game and I really want my character to come to life.)

Cyrus threw aside the staff in favor of the blade he had resting against his hip. With a horrifying fury, he brought it down to finish things off, but he didn’t stop there. He kept stabbing Panther, even well after he was pretty sure he was done for. Blood splashed up on his hands and face. He looked like an absolutely bloodthirsty maniac in this moment.
Cyrus had been fairly quiet, save the slight grunting from effort, but the sight of him going berserk against Panther said more than any words could have. But this wasn’t him. This wasn’t something any of the others had seen before from Cyrus, the most gentle of them all.

Luna was stuck in her memories, completely unaware that the man that had caused her so much pain was dead.

Everything had gone horribly wrong. Alex, Zoe, and her had gotten caught almost immediately, like Panther had known they were coming. They had tried to grab what they needed, but they couldn’t get to it. Now they were fighting for their lives. Zoe and her had gotten cut off from Alex and were fighting side by side. Luna looked away from her friend for a moment only to look back and find and arrow through Zoe’s chest. Zoe fell to the ground hesitantly feeling around the arrow. Dying, slowly. Luna didn’t care about the battle anymore. She dropped down next to her dying friend, her only friend, and tried to save her. But she couldn’t, the arrow was too deep in. So Luna started to sing. She sang the same lullaby Zoe had sang to her when she was a little girl still scared out of her mind after being brought to that dreaded guild. Luna tried to be there in her friend’s last moments, but they pulled her away. They pulled her away while she kicked and screamed. The pulled her away while she tried desperately to get back to Zoe’s body and into a cell where she was alone. The following months were infierno. It was the same cycle over and over, beat, interrogate, torture, sleep. She was given next to nothing to eat or drink while she was chained in her cell. But the worst of all was the “gift” Panther left in there. The rotting corpses of her friend, Zoe, and her owl, Snowdrop, sitting in a corner just out of her reach. Whenever Panther visited he made sure to remind Luna she was the reason they were dead. And Luna believed him. Every moment alone she tried to sing the lullaby to them only to get cut off by the guards. The first few times she ignored them, but then found out bad an idea that was. She lost track of time, and the time there broke her. By the end, she was so doll-like and uncaring. Her mind filled with guilt, grief, and carrying so much pain.

(Idk, you could always try going to the skillsharing board here. If you can’t find anyone to do it, I may be able to, but I’m only a decent artist, not great.)

(I didn't even know there was a skillsharing board.)

As her memories continued on, and Luna slowly began to return to reality.

It had been pure luck she got out of her cell. They had thought she had no fight left in her and some idiot dangled the key to her freedom in front of her. Luna used all her strength to knock the guy out and grab the key to unlock her cuffs and sneak out of the cell, casting one last look at what remained of Zoe and Snowdrop before running out of the jail area. She was exhausted, beaten, battered, bruised, and didn't know how far she could make it without a weapon. What happened after was a pure miracle, the finding of a bow and arrow set, the hidden tunnels and exits, and just getting out without being caught. She wandered out to the forest and took one of the arrows. Luna was meticulous in reopening every single one of her injuries to make sure no tracking chips had been placed in her. After they were all open and thoroughly checked she began using what knowledge of plants to try and cover up her bleeding injuries. The next thing she did was use a knife she found to chop her now extremely long black hair to near-nothingness, barely going down to her chin. The next few months were spent putting herself back together alone in the woods. Luna was finally able to grieve and recover, but could never shake the feeling of guilt which had been instilled in her. Some days were harder than others, but she made it through. Eventually, she built up the courage to return back to the bunker where she last saw the rest of her… friends? When there she realized it wasn't just some bunker, it was a full-on guild. After finding that out she had to work up the courage to enter, reminding herself it wasn't going to be like Panther's.

She had her physical scars, but the true reminder of what she went through was the stutter she now had. The rest flooded back quickly and Luna could feel herself returning. She felt herself being held by Uriah and forced her breathing to even. Luna blinked and tried to gather her surrounds still a little distant from her trip through her memories. She looked up and away to see Cyrus covered in blood and Panther dead beneath him. She didn't know whether to be scared of Cyrus or relieved the monster was dead. Luna had to force herself to look away so she didn't slip back into that panicked state she had been in.

@Becfromthedead group

Cyrus paused his brutality, but only for a moment of rest. He shouted out in anger before going back in and continuing to stab him.
He was in pretty much a blind rage, and was losing sight of who he was, at least in the moment. Cyrus couldn’t even stop to consider what his friends might be feeling, he was so livid and lost in those hateful feelings.

@Fantasy-Illy!

Uriah set Luna aside and pushed himself up with the wall. "Cy," he carefully walked over. He didn't want to touch him just in case but he wanted to be close enough to where he will hear him. "Cy, stop. It's over." Uriah reached out and grabbed the (Spear?) He didn't take it away, he was just trying to stop Cyrus form stabbing him any more. They needed to get home, a lot of them had injuries, including him, that needed treatment. Just then Uriah felt something in his stomach. Just looking at Panther made him sick. He fell to his knees and cover his mouth. He reall didn't want to throw up.

@Becfromthedead group

Cyrus pulled the blade, trying to wrest it from Uriah’s grasp, but instead, it just clattered to the ground, and that’s what made him stop, arched over Panther’s mauled body.
He was panting and dripping sweat and blood.
Slowly, he rose to his feet and spat on Panther’s corpse.
“That’s what you…”
A sinking feeling suddenly hit him, and he just stood there, staring at the body in absolute silence.

@ShadeStar

Luna watched as Uriah moved and her eyes landed on Panther, or what was Panther. She felt sick and her mind decided to replace Panther with Zoe and Luna felt even sicker. She had to pry her eyes away once more to keep herself from throwing up. She stayed on the ground and focused on just not looking at the gruesome scene.

@Fantasy-Illy!

Uriah has never seen a body so… unrecognizable. If you really looked it didn't even look like Panther. And what was more surprising, is that Cyrus did all this damage. With everything he had, Ueiah pushed himself up and ran out the door. He couldn't hold it in, but he also didn't want anyone to see him so.. weak. He hated it. He had barely help and most the time just got in the way. Making his way down the hall, he had to use the wall for support. Just make it outside. But that didn't happen, again he collapsed and started to throw up. He felt like passing out, he pushed himself, his body more than he should have.

@Becfromthedead group

Cyrus bit at his lip, accidentally getting a taste of Panther’s blood.
“That’s… I… I did that,” he whispered, covering his face with his hands.
He looked around. Uriah was gone, Luna was freaking out. It was his fault.
Cyrus ran a hand through his hair, at this point paying little mind to where he smeared Panther’s blood. It was already all over him.

@ShadeStar

Luna looked up at Cyrus and slowly managed to stand up with the help of the wall. She swallowed before forcing herself to speak, "Y-yeah. Y-yeah, y-you d-did."

She began walking towards Cyrus, before having to stop to keep her sanity, "L-let's g-get o-out o-of h-here. P-please."

@Becfromthedead group

Cyrus was quiet. It was barely visible, but tears started to form in the corners of his eyes.
“I… need to sit down…”
He stumbled back a few steps and fell to the floor. All he could do was stare, he was so strangely numb, despite being mortified.

@ShadeStar

Luna kept on the wall and backed away from Zo-Panther's corpse. She looked over at Cyrus, "F-fine. I-I, I-," she swallowed and kept talking, "I-I n-need t-to l-leave th-though. I-I, I-I c-can't b-be i-in h-here a-anymore."
